Great location, value for money with a lovely host

Flora was an excellent host. She was very responsive, helpful, always available and pleasant to deal with. The location was also superb - very close to the lake and also to the big supermarkets and some great restaurants.

Our only main critique was that the cleanliness could have been better. The bed was also a bit hard - but if you prefer a hard mattress then it’s no issue.

flora was a wonderful host, me and my 8 friends had a great time and she made us feel very welcome. Flora booked taxis for us when needed and helped out with anything local we needed!

A prima vista l'appartamento appare molto carino ma c'è una scala davvero pericolosa soprattutto per i bambini, la luce della camera da letto si accendeva ad intermittenza, in bagno usciva pochissima acqua sia dai rubinetti che dalla doccia e abbiamo faticato a lavarci, nessuna monodose in bagno e anche il dispenser del sapone liquido completamente vuoto, un solo rotolo di carta igienica per due persone per due notti, neanche una cialda di caffè ne una bustina di tea e neppure una bottiglietta di acqua in frigorifero. Quando abbiamo segnalato le problematiche alla proprietaria la risposta è stata che per l'acqua non ci poteva fare nulla che le monodosi non le mette che il dispenser era vuoto per una dimenticanza della donna delle pulizie, che la luce secondo lei funzionava e praticamente non ha neppure cercato di risolvere nulla. Inoltre la pulizia è da migliorare. Servizio troppo scadente per il prezzo pagato che differiva di soli 5 euro al giorno rispetto all'hotel 5 stelle sul lungolago. Non ho mai avuto questi problemi negli altri soggiorni prenotati su booking.
