About this apartment rental

The special 3-room apartment with tower is located in the 2nd and thus top floor of a beautiful Art Nouveau villa with a total of 3 units. It is a central yet quiet location. Shops, cafes, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Three public swimming pools, an indoor pool, a tennis court, the beautiful lakefront promenade and 2 beaches - one of gravel and one of sand - are all only about 2 to 5 km away. The apartment with a lot of attention to detail and valuable approx. 200 years old antique furniture has a living space of approx. 90 m². To be emphasized are, a. The two extremely beautiful baths as well as the unique tower with a splendid 360 ° view of Pallanza and the surrounding mountains. In the two bedrooms air conditioning is available for free use. If you are longing for the rest of the world, free wireless internet access is available for you to navigate the internet. Pets are not allowed. To the apartment belongs a car parking space within the enclosed property. Amazing, quirky place
Amazing, quirky place
Loved our family stay here. The place is really interesting, loads of antique furniture, old photos and odd bits (like a spinning wheel...) and lots of fancy kitchenware. Very welcoming owners. The main living area is a bit dark but it's cosy. Could do with electrics rewiring as you're not allowed to use two devices at once in kitchen, but we didn't have any trouble. Comfy beds, amazing shower, gigantic bath, fairy tale tower room was fun place to play cards! Right next door to Lidl and another supermarket, and just 10 mins walk from ferry port. 2 sets of keys were provided which is very useful and rare in hired apartments. Loved our stay here.

Wir waren begeistert von der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung und dem wundervollen Turm, in dem wir schöne Stunden verbracht haben. Ein echter Luxus sind die beiden komplett eingerichteten Bäder. Mit Daniela hatten wir eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, mit der wir uns auf Französisch unterhalten konnten. Von der Villa aus ist alles gut zu erreichen. Zum Lago geht man in ein paar Minuten durch eine schöne Altstadt. Falls es uns mal wieder in die Gegend treiben sollte, würden wir uns freuen, wenn wir wieder bei Daniela wohnen zu könnten.
