El apartamento en lineas generales estaba bien pero tiene algunos aspectos a mejorar. La piscina esta muy bien, la ubicación también y el contacto con quien lo gestionaba también muy bien

Las almohadas eran muy incomodas. Las camas al moverse hacían mucho ruido. No había la suficiente presión en el aguda de la ducha y ducharse era toda una aventura.

Molt còmode. Els llits dels més còmodes on he dormit. A part era gran i pel preu que tenia molt cèntric. El recomanaria 100%.

Sincerament, res. Estava molt bé.

Es amplio, camas comodas, muy buena ubicacion si quieres ir al oceanografic. El hombre que nos vino a entregar las llaves fue encantador

En una de las habitaciones la luz estaba fundida, entiendo que pueda pasar pero justo en nuestra estancia fue un poco incomodo. Las persianas son muy dificiles de bajar estan duras. Y por lo que me enfade muchisimo fue xq me contactaron x whatsapp para saber la hora de llegada, numero de vuelo, etc me lo pidieron varias veces, y aun asi no informaron al chico que vino, no sirve de nada contestar a los que te envian whatsapps, ya que los de la centralita no gestionan bien las reservas, es mejor si haceis reserva q por booking dejeis bien la hora de llegada, y escribais directamente por aqui, que el chico nos dijo q es lo q mira. Asi que si os bombardean por WhatsApp a preguntas no perdais el tiempo.

The location was excellent, with easy access to the city, restaurants and local amenities.

Unfortunately, our experience was significantly affected by two major issues. One of the main reasons we chose this apartment was the advertised swimming pool. We were travelling with children during our annual family holiday and, with the warm weather in Valencia, having access to a pool was an important factor in our booking decision. However, we were unable to access the pool at any point during our stay because the wristband required for entry was not provided. We contacted the management company repeatedly throughout our stay, but no solution was found, and they kept delaying the matter by saying they were investigating it. Despite our repeated requests, the issue remained unresolved by the time we left. What was particularly frustrating was that the pool continued to be advertised as an amenity of the property, despite the fact that access could not be provided. During our stay, the building concierge informed us that apartments with pool access should have a wristband available. We never received one and therefore could not use the facility for the entire holiday. The second issue was the water pressure in the apartment, which was extremely poor. At times it was so low that washing long hair properly was almost impossible. In fact, on one occasion, the women in our group had to use a nearby hair salon to wash their hair. I would recommend future guests to confirm in advance that pool access is actually available before booking.
