El parking un poco oscuro, deberían dar más detalles para encontrar la puerta que te lleva al ascensor. El A/A tardó mucho en enfriar pero luego bien.

Li algumas críticas sobre o SingularStays e confesso que fiquei com um pé atrás, mas já tínhamos reservado e não tínhamos outra opção se não ficar neste apartamento. O atendimento foi ótimo, deixaram-nos pousar as malas de manhã num escritório pois o check-in era apenas às 15h e chegamos às 9h. O apartamento era limpo, bonito, até tinha uma cama a mais do que nós pensávamos. Não ouvíamos vizinhos, a rua é tranquila, não ficava mau cheiro com a cozinha ou com as casas de banho. Estava com um grupo de amigos de férias e de vez em quando fazíamos, inevitavelmente, algum barulho, mas nem isso foi um problema. Recebemos 2 chamadas num total de 6 noites a avisar que os vizinhos estavam a fazer queixa, mas foi super tranquilo, uma conversa com educação onde antes de nos “acusarem” tentaram ver os 2 lados da história e perceberam o nosso lado. Não tenho nada de importante de mau a apontar.

Não tem nada a ver com o alojamento, mas cuidado com o parque entre a localização do apartamento e as discotecas L’Umbracle e Mya durante a noite. Não andem por lá, vimos 2 assaltos, um deles foi a um de nós que andava por lá sozinho pelas 6h da manhã.

The location was excellent, with easy access to the city, restaurants and local amenities.

Unfortunately, our experience was significantly affected by two major issues. One of the main reasons we chose this apartment was the advertised swimming pool. We were travelling with children during our annual family holiday and, with the warm weather in Valencia, having access to a pool was an important factor in our booking decision. However, we were unable to access the pool at any point during our stay because the wristband required for entry was not provided. We contacted the management company repeatedly throughout our stay, but no solution was found, and they kept delaying the matter by saying they were investigating it. Despite our repeated requests, the issue remained unresolved by the time we left. What was particularly frustrating was that the pool continued to be advertised as an amenity of the property, despite the fact that access could not be provided. During our stay, the building concierge informed us that apartments with pool access should have a wristband available. We never received one and therefore could not use the facility for the entire holiday. The second issue was the water pressure in the apartment, which was extremely poor. At times it was so low that washing long hair properly was almost impossible. In fact, on one occasion, the women in our group had to use a nearby hair salon to wash their hair. I would recommend future guests to confirm in advance that pool access is actually available before booking.
