OK for a short trip but not worth the price for longer stays.
Located near the city center and the train station. Green environment nearby. Shopping center is also across the river. Self check-in is possible. Communication via text message with the staff was easy and fast. Spacious room.
The room and the bathroom were not clean at all. There were a lot of spiders, ants and other insects in the room. In the bathroom there were many places where it was mouldy. The furniture is old. Wi-fi was not working the whole time. The rooms are very noisy, you can hear the loud conversation from the corridor. The light from the street lamps came a little inwards.

Maybe for summer it is good, but don’t go there in winter, it looks so abandoned in winter.
It is inside the city, not in center but really close to it.
Staff were rude, room wasn’t clean, there was no proper reception.

Not apt for working
It was clean. Modern bathroom. Heating was good.
Internet was not working (and we were supposed to work!) No desk to work on. No chair. The kitchen was not reachable inside the facilities, so we had to go outside the building. Since it was cold, we didn't want to leave. No safe place to leave luggage before/after checking in/out. A kettle for boiling water would have been great.

Camping and canoeing!
The combination of campsite, apartments and water sport center is charming in its own way. Canoe renting online was easy. Facilities are nice and staff helpful. City centre is within walking distance. Quite good value for money.
Terraces and outdoor furniture are a bit worn down - the shared kitchen was simple but nice and functional. Wooden floor in apartment was super squeaky
