Spacious Room well located near the historic town
The hotel is well located within walking distance of the old town and city. The room was very spacious. The bathroom is newly renovated and spacious. I like the space that separated the room from the bathroom.
It was a challenge taking our luggage up to the room which was on the 3rd floor as there was no elevator. It would be nice to have some basic facilities like kettle and a refrigerator.

very nice place, very friendly and polite staff, highly recommended, very varied breakfast and all in all a pleasant experience. I also mentioned that if/when I go back, I'll have to remember for a different room since unfortunately the room was nice, big and comfortable, but I did not find it too restful.
unfortunately there was a very loud fridge (convenient BUT loud), just outside my bedroom door - which meant that I could not get much sleep due to the continuous buzzing noise...

you get what you pay for, cheap stay
central location, quiet
thrown and nailed together cheaply, bedding was very uncomfortable with a ditch in either side, no kettle, no coffee or tea, extra consumable in a fridge 2 storeys down for a fee, no toiletries in bathroom.

That’s the second time we stayed at pension la rose. We love the location and extremely comfortable beds and bedding. Free parking is a bonus. Breakfast is tasty and cost an additional €7.50. The lady running it is really friendly and helpful.
