Modern hotel in a historic spot.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet historic spot. My room overlooked the cathedral’s entrance. The room was supermodern with a very spacious bathroom. Breakfast was lovely too.

Ok, but will choose something better next time

Location, clean

No air conditioning. No screens on the windows, had to open windows at night to cool down, but with no window screens, bugs would come in. Most of the time, there was no one at front desk to ask for help. No laundromat

Decent hotel, just a few hidden things

The rooms were clean and it was really cool how it was in the grounds of the church. Really unique

The early check in wasn't well advertised nor was the price when I booked so I didn't have any idea on price until the day before. Also check out time of 10am was a bit earlier than I'd like.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant. Very clean. I'll probably come back. The city exceeded my expectations a lot.

The wifi didn't work the first day. The staff did their best to fix it, though. After the first day it worked perfectly.

Lautstärke im Foyer. Gäste laut trinkend in der Eingangshalle und Tür nicht Schallisoliert. Somit war schlafen vor 1 Uhr nachts nicht möglich. Parkplatz Situation

Modernes Hotel mit tollem Ambiente direkt am Dom.

Perfekte Lage direkt neben dem Dom von Brandenburg. Wurde sehr freundlich empfangen und das Zimmer hatte allen Komfort. Restaurant befindet sich gleich im Nebengebäude und am Eingang findet man sogar einen „Waldmops“ und am Morgen liefen einige Eichhörnchen am Dom entlang.

Schönes Hotel in einer wunderbaren historischen Anlage

Als erstes möchte ich die Freundlichkeit des Personals hervorheben. Trotz einer anstehenden abendlichen geschlossenen Gesellschaft war es möglich noch zu Abend zu Essen. Ich hatte ein phantastisches Wiener Schnitzel, ein besonderes Lob an die Küche. Der Service war zu allen Zeiten wunderbar und es gab ein ausgezeichnetes Frühstück. Wunderschönes Ambiente am Dom

Wir waren nicht im Haupthaus, sondern auf dem Domhof in einer Ferienwohnung und zwei (behindertengerechten) Doppelzimmern untergebracht. Die Wohnung und die Zimmer waren alle sauber und hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Die Betten waren auch gut. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig und man kann gut schlafen. Das Frühstück im angeschlossenen Restaurant "Remise" war vielfältig, gut und reichlich und mit 17,00 € nicht zu teuer. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und helfen gerne weiter.

Die Doppelzimmern hatten zwar auch eine Küchenzeile im Flur, leider waren zwar Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher da, aber keine Becher. Wir haben dann die Schüsseln benutzt.

Eigentlich eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, Rezeption und Service stark verbesserungswürdig.

Die Lage der Unterkunft und die Größe der Ferienwohnung. Das DZ war (für den Preis) allerdings extrem klein.

Zu unserem erst kurz zurückliegenden Sommerurlaub in Österreich mit freundlichem, aufmerksamem und professionellem Personal war leider ein großer Unterschied zu spüren. Frühstück: Für 17 € pro Person haben wir mehr erwartet. Am ersten Tag war 8:30 Uhr alles wie leer gefegt und es wurde nur sehr verzögert und erst auf (mehrfache) Nachfrage nachgelegt. Qualität der Produkte: mittelmäßig. Wenn Obst da war, war es i.O.. Am zweiten Morgen war der Service etwas besser. In der Ferienwohnung fehlten in zwei von drei Schlafzimmern Möglichkeiten, seine Sachen unterzubringen bzw. wenigstens aufzuhängen. Z.T. knarrende Betten.

Ein eigentlich schönes, historisches Gebäude in schöner Lage, dass leider zu viel Anlass zur Kritik bot. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal im Cafe/Restaurant sehr freundlich und bemüht.

Ein Hotel quasi ohne Personal vor Ort zu führen, ist nicht der Anspruch den wir an ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse stellen. Wir wurden zwar freundlich von einem Mitarbeiter des angeschlossenen Cafe/Restaurants empfangen, jedoch funktionierte die Freischaltung der Schlüsselkarte zunächst nicht, so dass wir wieder warten mussten, bis wir in unser Zimmer konnten. Dann stellten wir fest, dass die Heizung im Zimmer auf vollen Touren lief und man diese nicht abstellen konnte. Über die hinterlegte "Notrufnummer" wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass der Mangel leider nicht behoben werden kann. Offensichtlich war die Batterie des elektronischen Thermostats leer. Das Zimmer selbst war sehr klein und nur mittelmäßig sauber. Insgesamt kein guter Eindruck, der bei uns haften blieb.
