Staff were very helpful with us, were fine with the two dogs (though they charge 10 euro extra per dog), breakfast was decent, area is very calm and peaceful with a nicer bit of water just next to it

Dinner was a bit expensive for what it was, Room was a bit hot and just above the outside terrace so a little bit of noise, bathroom could be a bit nicer.

Sehr gut sind Lage, Garten, Strand am See und das freundliche Personal. — Und alles weit besser als mich andere Bewertungen vermuten ließen!

Alles gut, aber: Fahrradständer gibt es reichlich, allerdings sind es nur die niedrigen „Felgenkiller“.

Unterkunft super, Verpflegungsangebot Luft nach oben.

Die Lage ist super, sehr Idyllisch. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und bemüht. Das parken ist günstig.

Das Frühstück war nicht unser Fall. Man muss eine Zeitspanne wählen, dann sollte man nach 1 Stunde fertig sein. Wie wir „dran“ waren, war es relativ hektisch und es gab erstmal keine Brötchen. Die Kaffeemaschine musste ständig nachgefüllt werden, die Wurstwaren sahen nicht appetitlich aus. Die Auswahl war gut aber nichts besonderes. Das Abendbuffet haben wir nicht gebucht, da auch hier eine Zeitspanne gebucht werden muss und wir 1,5 Stunden doch eher knapp finden ( mehr Zeit bekommt man nicht)

Комната небольшая , все удобства есть. Сервис на 3 - 3+ . Напомнило санаторий в СССР.

Мы приехали из Дании .Были только один день. На ресепшене персонал ответил грубо , что сразу отбило желание заселяться. Прочитала отзывы датских гостей и они тоже заметили грубость администрации. Хотя датчане очень терпимые ко всему . Значит, здесь это за правило.

Okay für 1 Nacht, aber nicht nochmal

Geräumiges Dreibettzimmer mit ausreichend Kissen. Badewanne vorhanden. Sitzecke mit Tisch vorhanden. Ruhige Gegend, kein Lärm durch Fahrzeuge etc. Schön am See gelegen. Wir durften den Zimmerschlüssel schon um 14 Uhr mitnehmen, statt 15 Uhr, uns wurde dadurch die Anreise vereinfacht, dafür ein Dank an die Rezeptionistin.

Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig. Kein LatteMacchiato, kein Milchkaffee (nur Kaffee mit Milch, Cappuccino der nicht schmeckte und Trinkschokolade mit Wasser). Das Personal kümmerte sich fast gar nicht um die Tische, ab und an haben wir mal eine Person gesehen, die den Essenvorrat kontrolliert hat. Gekochte Eier noch fast roh, schwammig. Tomaten schmeckten nach Wasser, statt nach Tomate. Auf Qualität beim Essen wird da nicht so viel Wert gelegt.

Tolles Hotel - für Ältere, Familien und Reisende

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb von Brandenburg an der Havel. Mit Hund aber total super, da es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Wasseraktivitäten ist. Sicher sind Hotel und Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber das spielt keine Rolle. Die Zimmer sind sauber, Das Personal freundlich und das Essen (Frühstück wie auch Abendbrot) sehr lecker. Es ist immer für alle etwas dabei. Hervorheben möchte ich aber noch einmal die Preis-Leistung des Halbpension-Abendbrotes. Es gibt 3 Essenszeiten, was organisatorische und platztechnische Gründe hat. Diese Zeit kann man aber freu wählen. Es hat sehr lecker geschmeckt - es gab eine große Auswahl und es waren sogar die Getränke inklusive. Und das für keine 15€ pro Person. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Die Zimmer sind sauber und geräumig. Auch mit Hund. Anmerken möchte ich, dass ein Paar Spinnenweben in den Ecken hingen. Für mich ist das direkt am Wasser total verständlich und in Ordnung. Aber einige könnten sich daran stören.

Wir werden das Hotel nicht wieder aufsuchen.

Das Hotel liegt am See. Das Personal war freundlich.

Die Sauberkeit hat zu Wünschen übrig gelassen. Die Fensterscheiben waren klebdreckig. Man konnte kaum die Fenster öffnen, weil ganz viele Spinnen am Fensterrand waren. An der Hotelbar musste man lange warten, weil kein Personal da war. Es wurde nur langsam das Frühstück aufgefüllt, viele Wartezeiten. Auf dem Parkplatz war es stockfinster obwohl Laternen zur Verfügung gestanden hätten.

Sauberkeit des Hotels und Freundlichkeit des Personals waren vorbildlich; auch der Parkplatz war in Ordnung. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet.

Das Essen war mittelmäßig und rechtfertigt nicht den Preis. Aber noch schlechter waren die Matratzen. Darauf schlafen zu müssen ist eine Zumutung.

Ein schönes Hotelzimmer, wir haben nettes und freundliches Personal hier vorgefunden, auch mal ein Späßchen gemacht, familiäre Atmosphäre,, Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr lecker 😋 und Kanuausleihe war auch sehr schön vor Ort, auch die nette Empfehlung der Kollegin zur Insel Acapulco zu paddeln war ein wunderschöner Geheimtipp. Ansonsten bietet der Ort sehr viel Schönes an Freizeitgestaltung. Auch war der Ausflug auf dem Wasser zur Havel in Flammen in Pritzerbe ein wirklich sehr beeindruckendes Erlebnis. Wir kommen gerne wieder. LG nach BRB

Hotel in guter Lage mit leicht angestaubtem Flair

Das Hotel ist idyllisch am Wasser gelegen. Es bietet auch eine gute Verbindung zur Regattastrecke (ca 4km) mit Auto oder Fahrrad. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist umfangreich, wenn uns auch ein wenig "Fitness" gefehlt hat (zB fettarme Milch). Das Personal ist durchweg sehr freundlich.

Das Zimmer könnte hier und da ein Update vertragen. Im Bad sieht man die Löcher in den Fliesen vom Papierrrollenhalter, dafür steht ein angerostetet Rollenhalter frei im Raum. Hinter der Toilette eine komplett zerbrochene Fliese wo man nicht weiß, ob sie jeden Moment abfällt. Der Duschkopf sprüht in alle Richtungen, die Halterung für die Dusche ist gebrochen und hält den Duschkopf mal eben so. Am Bett geht ein Nachtlicht nicht, insgesamt wäre etwas frische Farbe auch ganz gut.

Für einen Kurzurlaub perfekt

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist phantastisch. Guter Ausgang für Ausflüge. Die Drinks an der Bar super. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Das Abendbuffet war immer vielseitig und geschmacklich gut.

Das Frühstücks Buffet ist ausbaufähig. Mir fehlte eine Auswahl von Geflügelwurst, da ich keine Produkte aus Schweinefleisch esse. Die Käseauswahl könnt auch etwas reichhaltiger sein. Die Fenster sollten regelmäßig gereinigt werden.
