Nice hotel

Everything was good. It’s a nice and very clean hotel

Unfortunately it’s really hard to contact the hotel. I called several times and no response. Also no reply from book in messages. Nonody was at the reception until 12 and no one after 6. This makes the checkin a challenge.

A hotel worth for longer than my overnight stay

Good breakfast on a separate building - took a while to find as no staff were around, partly my fault as I had not booked it in advance, better instructions may be then available. I arrived late and access was by code and worked perfectly, also room was already charged on my card and paperwork in the room. I might have stayed without seeing anyone from personnel - except paying for my breakfast.

I left my car on public parking as I could not figure out in the evening how to access hotel parking - but that gave me a good reason to find a pub to get some coins as change. BTW, it is not easy to find one in that town at ten o'clock in the Tuesday evening...

Great location.

Lovely location right in the centre by all the shops and restaurants ( however everything seemed to shut by 8pm) Accommodation was modern clean and tidy.

Booked as a two bed apartment - it was a 2 bed room with a bathroom - no kitchen/lounge that you would exspect with an apartment. Check in closed at 6pm which we did not know - after 6pm the accommodation is unmanned. We cycled and arrived at 5.55pm unknown to us it shut at 6! No tea or coffee facilities in the room and the vending machine did not work.

The location of the property was excellent , walking distance to the centre and with secure private parking available

The room did not have any air conditioning, not even a Fan. It was very hot when we arrived . Considering the price for this property I would have expected air conditioning.

Good room and breakfast but hotel fell short as no restaurant or properly staffed Reception

The breakfast was very good and the location was in the centre of town with shops and restaurants close by. The room was excellent with a balcony overlooking a square. There was a covered store, but not locked, to keep my bicycle overnight

I expected the hotel to have a restaurant but none was available. I had to eat out for my evening meal. The Reception was only staffed for very short periods and most of the time nobody was around for information etc

I would definitely recommend the hotel because of the very central location and the friendly staff

Although the check-in would have been possible only from 15:00, I was allowed to check in already at 13:00 and had from this time the room at my disposal. Breakfast was very good and worth its price of 15 euros.

I find the specified check-in time 15:00 and 18:00 too short and also a prepayment of the room before you have seen it not optimal. Personally, the maximum possible shower temperature was a bit too low, even though I of course understand that energy must be saved to the maximum at these times.

The staff helped us a great deal with checking in late. Comfy beds, great location.

Their information on Booking.com was somewhat misleading, we thought check-in late was completely ok if we sent a request, but it turned out, we caused quite a commotion with coming late.

Very good breakfast options.

The cleanliness of the bathroom was mediocre, there was dust and hair on several surfaces when we came into the room. Unfortunately, our room featured no blackout curtains, so for people who need a dark room to sleep, this might be an issue.

Das Frühstück wird nur bis 10:30 Uhr serviert am Wochenende. Ab 10 Uhr wurde nichts mehr nachgelegt, sodass Saft, Milch und Obstsalat bereits leer waren und auch nicht mehr aufgefüllt wurden.

Habe mich erkältet, weil die Heizung wohl nachts ganz aus war. Absenkung? Im Hotel frieren geht für mich nicht … ein Kosmetik Vergrößerungsspiegel sollte vorhanden sein, musste mich mit riesiger Entfernung im Bad schminken

das nette Personal, die ruhige Lage direkt in der Stadt und das obwohl Weihnachtsmarkt war, das Bett war bequem, Frühstück konnte man hinzu buchen haben dies aber nicht genutzt, Parkplatz war vorhanden und leer, Fahrstuhl im Gebäude also auch etwas für Ältere Personen

Die Lage und die Freundlichkeit und Unterstützung des Personals sind besonders gut. DAs Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft. Fußläufig kommt man zu den wichtigsten und interessantesten Orten, Bus und Bahn sind direkt dort.

Das letzte Mal!

Der Empfang bei der Anreise war sehr herzlich. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die zentrale Lage.

Die angebliche Ferienwohnung, waren 2 kleine Doppelzimmer mit Bad. 2 Stühle jeweils für die Mini Schreibtische. Der Bergriff Wohnung/ Appartement sind unserer Meinung nach Irreführend. Für ein Familie die hier eine " Ferienwohnung" für 14 Tage buchen würde, wäre höchstwahrscheinlich bitter enttäuscht. Baustellen überall und Baustellen Lärm ab 07.00Uhr. Zufahrt wegen des Aufbaus des Weihnachtsmarkt sehr schwierig. Parkplätze bei Ankunft nach 18.00Uhr kann zum Problem werden. An dem Geruch in den Zimmer konnten wir uns nicht gewöhnen. Unsere Bewertung bezieht sich auf das Zimmer/Wohnung/ Appartement 403. Ich komme seit gut 10Jahren in dieses Hotel. Dies wird wohl das letzte Mal gewesen sein.

Wir kommen gern wieder.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, auch der Frühstückszeitraum bis 10.30 Uhr war super. Die Lage war ideal für viele Unternehmungen. Der Aufenthaltsraum war super ausgestattet und gemütlich eingerichtet.

Die Zimmer waren sehr klein. Es gab keinen zweiten Stuhl. Es war ein wenig störend, dass das Geschirr während des Frühstücks sehr laut abgewaschen und verräumt wurde.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und konnten unseren Aufenthalt im schönen Brandenburg genießen.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, was bei dem Preis auch zu erwarten ist. Die Rezeption hat freundlicherweise bei unserer Anreise schnell und flexibel reagiert und das Zimmer sowie den Parkplatz unseren Bedürfnissen angepasst.

Die Auswahl eines barrierefreien Zimmers mit "Rollstuhlzeichen" über das Booking.com-Portal war leider für das Hotel nicht erkennbar. Hier sollten die entsprechenden Informationen sicher weitergeleitet werden. Wenn ich deshalb - wie empfohlen - vorsichtshalber vorher im Hotel selbst anrufen sollte, könnte ich auch gleich dort telefonisch buchen, oder? Ein kleiner Mangel in Sachen Barrierefreiheit wäre noch zu nennen: Der Zugang zum Frühstücksraum stellt durch die Stufe im Eingangsbereich eine Behinderung für Rollstuhlfahrer dar. Den Zugang zu den dortigen Toiletten haben wir nicht benötigt, aber vielleicht sollte man diesen auch diesbezüglich prüfen. Häufig sind diese nämlich auch nur "scheinbar barrierefrei".

Sehr gutes umfangreiches Frühstück. Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei, egal ob süß oder herzhaft. Zum Teil selbstgemachte Salate. Filterkaffee ist ausgezeichnet

Empfang war freundlich, Zimmer sauber und zweckmäßig. Frühstück durchschnittlich, das beste war der frische Obstsalat.

Zimmer zum Marktplatz laut, erschwert aktuell durch eine Baustelle unter dem Fenster. Sowohl Zimmer- als auch Frühstückspreis unangemessen hoch.

Ein extrem heißes Zimmer, ohne Klima, ohne Ventilator, vor dem Hotel extrem laut wegen vieler Jugendlichen die ihre Ghettoblaster und Autoradios in voller Lautstärke um 2Uhr in der Nacht laufen lassen.
