Exceeding expectations

I was absolutely blown away by how much space there was in my room. it was super quiet, the view was amazing, i was waking up to boats driving by and water hitting the river beds. besutiful nature. beds are amazing, bathroom amazing, accessories amazing. Staff was really good too! the sunlight could be completely böocked out. you can leave the windows open at might because they have insect nets. Beautiful!

Large rooms in out of the way location within biking distance

The location is nice on the river. It was relatively easy to bike to from the city. The room was very large.

The rooms with the best views appeared to be taken up by private owners. The breakfast room had a view of the parking lot and there were many flies feasting on the meat etc. put out. There was no-one "manning" the breakfast layout. Though a few bike parking places were available, the one bike rack was always overloaded. The large room appeared to have no ventilation possibility at all, so it became very hot and stayed that way also into the night. The Carpathian restaurant adjacent was only open on the weekends, so we couldn't try it.

Für das gebotene zu teuer und - eben nur eine Pension

Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich - sofern eines da ist . Meist war der Ansprechpartner das Personal des daneben gelegenen Casa Blanca Restaurants und diese gehören nicht zur Pension. Zimmer sauber und großzügig aber vom Design etwas überholt. Lage direkt an der Havel aber genau vor dem Fenster die Bootstankstelle.

Für 170€ die Nacht erwarten wir - bei 2 Tages Aufenthalt wenigstens ein gemachtes Bett (damit meinen wir keine frische Bettwäsche)und aufgefüllte Kaffesticks für den Wasserkocher im Zimmer u 1 Flasche Wasser . Leider weder das eine noch das andere bekommen.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Es hätte nicht besser sein können. Uns hat der Betrieb der Marina und die Ruhe sehr gut gefallen.

Schönes Wochenende in bester Lage

Tolle Lage direkt an der Niederhavel, die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in 15 - 20 Minuten erreichbar, freundliches Personal, großes geräumiges Zimmer mit Balkon und Blick auf die Havel

bei Sommerlichen Temperaturen wird es sehr warm, da keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, das Frühstück war sehr spartanisch und bietet Potential zur Verbesserung

Sehr empfehlenswertes, ruhiges Hotel

Das Zimmer war riesig und sehr freundlich eingerichtet. Frühstück angemessen und mit guter Auswahl. Toll war für uns das Restaurant direkt im Haus, mit wirklich gutem Essen und freundlichem Service. Am Stadtrand gelegen war das Hotel für uns ein guter Ausgangspunkt für die geplanten Radtouren.

Der Internetauftritt sah gut aus, das Personal super nett.

Das Zimmer ist zwar riesig, das Gefühl war aber leider wie in einer mehr schlecht als recht umfunktionierten Wohnung. Das Bett war furchtbar & ein Wohlfühlgefühl hat sich leider nicht eingestellt. Dafür war es einfach zu teuer!

Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Für einen Preis von fast 150 Euro pro Nacht ohne Frühstück zwei Tage lang kaltes Wasser zum Duschen, obwohl ich einen Mitarbeiter informiert hatte, unakzeptabel. Außerdem verstehe ich nicht, warum man die ganze Nacht irgendwelche hellen Dekobeleuchtungen vor den Zimmern anhaben muss, damit es im Zimmer die ganze Nacht so richtig hell ist. Sehr schade, eigentlich ein schönes Zimmer.
