Value for money.

The room and the bed was spacious. Location was perfect too because it is just in front of the tram, train, and bus stations, and few minutes walk to the Centre. There was also McDo nearby. Breakfast was amazing too.

It's just how the AC was configured in my room (or maybe the actual AC performance). It was really hot all through out (except my last night because there was a thunderstorm) when I was in Grenoble. And even though the temperature outside is a bit lower, it was really warm in my room especially when the sun came out the following day.

Unworthy place!!!

Nothing!!! The place does not deserve one star

Rooms without windows and no toilets. Smell of mold. Breakfast nothing to eat. Place below all criticism.

Great location next to railway station. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.

There's always confusion about payment. We stayed here twice in 2 weeks & received quite different stories about whether payment had been taken or not.

A good budget choice

The location is great! The price was very reasonable. The front desk was happy to help. Daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The bathroom was very clean.

The carpet on the room was very old and noticeable dirty. I didn’t feel comfortable to step on it. The toilet is separate from the bathroom and it was not renovated. The room ventilation was bad as you couldn’t keep the balcony door open due to the wind. It is generally an old hotel

Very convenient location, nice hotel, quiet stay, excellent breakfast.

+ Amazing breakfast with top-quality products and a very good variety. + You can't be closer to the train station than this. A tram station is next to the hotel. There are restaurants nearby and a grocery store within a 5-minute walk (an apothecary as well). + The rooms are well equipped (a closet, a desk, a water kettle). + Quiet overall (no noise from the streets below). + A balcony in the room! I had no real use for it but it was fun to stand there and look at the mountains.

- The rooms were too dark. It was really hard to see anything. The lamps beside the bed would not allow reading, for instance. - The bathroom was impractical. In particular, there was no way to hook up the shower head. You have to hold it in your hand. - No possibility to avoid the towels being changed every day, which is a waste.

Perfect value for the money

Great value for the money. All you could need for a short stay and perfect sleep. Parking spot is convenient (15e for the night).

Would be nice to have some eggs or vegetables for breakfast.

Mostly good

The location was excellent, as were the staff. The accommodation was a little tired but the bed was very comfortable and we had a great view. We were able to leave our bags when we checked out until our train was leaving

The shower was in the bath. You had to hold it in your hand. My bedside lamp was dusty

Good location, near the train station. The room was clean and the bed (mattress) is excellent ! I slept like a baby

Good standard of hotel, right next to the railway station.

All good, efficient and friendly service from the staff. The room was well appointed room, with a balcony and decent shower & toilet room. Perfefct location for getting the train the following morning. Breakfast was available early for our early start too.

Good location

Hotel smells in the hall, the corridor and the room. Very unpleasant smell all around. There was just one small used toilet roll in toilet on the first night ( next day we had two which is fine).

Comfortable, well located, amazing ski experience

Excellent position, very close to bus station to go ski-ing. Spacious room, extremely comfortable bed. Parking available in the inner courtyard, super convenient.

Breakfast not included. Staff not knowledgeable about ski details (e.g. bus station details). Electricity sockets not close to bed.

The recessionist stole our hearing aids

We forgot some headphones, 10 minutes later we returned to the hotel to retrieve them but the receptionist refused to let us look in the room, so they have stolen our headphones

You may not be allowed to access your room if you come back too late

location is very good and the rooms are nice

the management was incredibly bad. The kettle in the room was not working. After communicating the problem to the reception and having been told they would replace it in the following days, nothing happened. But the worst still has to come. During night to enter the hotel you are required to ring a bell or call a number. I literally rang the bell for an hour and tried to call but nothing, I had to sleep over in another hotel for that night. When communicating this experience to the reception, the answer was that it was not possible since they have somebody there all night.

Very enjoyable!

Staff were very helpful. Hotel location was perfect for purpose of my visit. Bathroom was excellent (even though shower was a little small for someone my size). Room was very clean and good size.

My room card had to be reactivated twice. Pillows were square, which was unusual for me. But overall, everything was great and I would use the hotel again for sure.

Basic good option for a quiet and convenient stay in Grenoble.

Good quality of sleep - quiet room, comfortable bed. Good cleanness - Clean room daily serviced. Good location - 30 second walk from Train station, 1 minute walk from WTC, 15min walk from city centre. Nice staff.

Nothing really disappointing. Some room features could be improved: e.g. bathtub only (no shower)
