The location is close to the station which is convenient. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. I stayed on a rainy cold day and there was no hairdryer in the room, the reception told me where to check and if I didnt find the one in the room, i can come back and ask for one. And indeed there was no hairdryer, went back to ask the reception to borrow one, they said the hair dryer they had in storage was already borrowed. It was not a very convenient night, sleeping with wet hair…

Definitely a two star hotel. The only positive things - staff was friendly and helped haul our suitcases up stairs as the elevator is not working and the room is clean. Other than that, zero - can hear people talking in the next room, doors being slammed.

The photos shown must be several years old. The room was clean but in need of refurbishment. There was a desk but no chair. There was no "Do not disturb" sign and when I asked at the reception they told me they did not have one. Room service just entered. It was impossible to shower without partially flooding the bathroom. For the last couple of days, the water in the shower was cold/lukewarm. The towels were getting thinner and older each day, the last day they even gave me only one towel. Would not recommend a stay.

Reception: all the guys I was in contact with were nice and friendly Room: very old, mostly clean but lots of wear and tear you won’t see in the official pics ( doors scratched, walls badly needing a lick of paint, curtains were stained) Bathroom: everything functional but again old and not looking good at all. In summary this is more a hostel than a hotel in my opinion and the owners should invest in a renovation as they have good staff on site. I did not feel comfortable at all in my room and quite honestly was very happy to get out of there!

Best hotel I stayed on my trip around the French Alps. Super convenient location, rooms are big compared to what you normally get in France. Very knowledgeable staff, they gave me awesome tips for Grenoble.
