We were delighted to have found the perfect spot, as we loved walking around beautiful Grenoble.

The location was ideal, as we did some day trips to the mountains on the buses. The fact that the lift area was behind doors, made for a peaceful room. All the staff were lovely, and the breakfast ambience and food very inviting.

A great hotel in very good location; comfortable and clean, with friendly staff

Very friendly staff; very good choice of food for breakfast, which was included in our package; excellent location for both the train and trams, and plenty of good bars and restaurants in the area, without having to get further into the city. The access to the hotel was 24 hours, which was good, and breakfast was served from 3am-10.30am. I liked the kitchenette facilities so you could have food and drinks in your room, which would be a real bonus for longer stays.

I would have preferred a room with windows, rather than a roof window. I didn't like the black mould around the shower tray, which wouldn't take much cleaning.

hady location for the city centre

It's right opposite the railway station so is very handy for exploring the city. It was also very useful having a hot plate and microwave in the room.

The parking is tricky but then I think thats probably expected when its so central so we paid extra for a parking space which was quite pricey

Staff were really nice & helpful! Close to station, shops, restaurants & downtown

Super close to the station & within walking distance to loads of things Air con during a heatwave was great!!! There was also a kitchenette which was cool

We stayed for 4 nights but unless you stay for 6 nobody cleans your room or gives fresh towels etc. Maybe we could have asked but - would be nice to at least have fresh towels given (especially during a heatwave wave when you’re showering multiple times a day)

Good bed, but not cleaning

Very nice bed. Room was small but very well equipped! Nice big bathroom too. Quiet at night, even though next to the train station. We liked it!

Unfortunately our room has a moth problem :( we killed 5 while there = definitely not a coincidence). This is a pest issue, and not nice for paying guests. Also we found one black hair on a pillow, and one long black hair on the kitchen table (EEEEEW - and we're both blond people!).

The staff was brilliant! The reception team went out of their way to be helpful. The hotel has been recently refurbished and was simple and clean. Great value for money. Fantastic cafe next door and wonderful restaurant - la ferme à Dédé nearby

Good hotel especially if you are travelling by train.

We had a roomy apartment with a separate bedroom and lounge. The bed was wonderful and the pillows and bedding were lovely. Definitely the best bed of our holiday. We had a very nice welcome from the lady at reception. The location was brilliant for us, just opposite the station. The breakfast was pretty good.

I would have liked a bit more fresh fruit at breakfast.

Exceptional

Great welcome from the receptionist - light well-decorated room with excellent facilities - air con. fantastic in the heatwave. Hotel location ideal as by the Gare Routier. Excellent double glazing ensured the room was quiet.

Great Hotel and Excellent Location for Very Good Value

Location of the hotel was great as it's less than 5 minute walk from the Grenoble train station. The room was nice, clean and quiet. Room and bathroom all have new and updated look. Great value for staying at this hotel.

A good place to stay at the perfect location.

Location is perfect, just outside train station, room is clean and there are lift provided. Actually I am quite happy with everything provided except the one that I wrote in the 'dislike' section

The reception called us and said that the toilet is very dirty and trying to charge our card (luckily it is denied) without informing, we are sure that we leave the house clean. Luckily they didn't attempt to try it again. Be sure to take a photo before you leave to have a proof.

Family of 4 who stayed for 1 night. Great central location oppposite the train station.

Great location opposite the train and bus station. We had an appartment room at the top of the building which was spacious and clean with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the main living area.

There was a bit of a strange smell in the main bathroom but this didn't matter too much as we only stayed for 1 night.

Unfortunately the only benefit of this place is it's proximity to the railway station.

Location: just in front of the train station.

Rooms are far too big for one person but surely too poorly equipped for two: bed is not that big and there's barely space for 1 person to pass the bed. Bathroom is also just good enough for one person. Apartment that is rated for 4 adults barely fits two. The quality of materials is poor. The heating is not good, air conditioner is very noisy.
