Excellent value, good breakfast, bathrooms could do with a deep clean

The hotel is on the more basic side, however it is perfectly comfortable and for the price I don’t think you can go wrong. Breakfast was good. Staff helpful and friendly.

The bathrooms could do with a deep clean. They were clean to look at but there was significant scale build up around the base of the shower door and back of the toilet. The grouting in the shower could also do with be treated for mould, again an easy fix with a deep clean and the right chemical.

Very pleasant, great location.

The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything you need. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was perfect, the bed was really big and comfy and very clean. The breakfast was also really nice and great to be able to help yourself to teas and coffees whenever you like throughout the day.

The mirror light in the bathroom didn’t work so it was a little dark, but this is very minor.

For a great stay in Grenoble.

Excellent location, only few minutes from the train station and very close to the city centrum. Stuff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is very good too.

Execllent value for money in central Grenoble

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was plentiful and diverse. Tea and coffee are available free all day. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size. Overall it was excellent value for money. We only had a one night stay but I would have been happy to stay there for several days.

The bedside lamps were very dim and the lift rather slow.

Location of hotel was good as it is very near the centre and walkable to the cable car. The rooms are on the small side but has everything you need. Did not eat at the hotel.

Unfortunately, there is nothing that we liked about our stay. In terms of property Website and Reviews our expectations were far from what we got.

Location not great, Room was pocky and small, beds also small and very uncomfortable. Bathroom was adequate but we had our 92yr mom with us and a shower in the bath is not ideal, so she couldn't and didn't shower for the stay. Unfortunately, all-round we couldn't get out of the property soon enough and should have maybe stayed for the breakfast. We had a full day in the car for our next destination and a proper breakfast would have gone down well.

The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choices, everything we tried was good. The location near the train station made it convenient to get anywhere using public transportation.

The only issues were ones we created ourselves. The room was a bit tight in space, but my daughter and I had a lot of bags as she was a student studying here for a semester and was coming home, so all of her stuff had to come home.

Welcoming lobby with free coffee & vinyl!

Free coffee in a superb lobby. Plus, as it is the New Year...free cake too! They even have a vinyl record player...I wish I'd asked to put some music on using this.

Nothing really. We didn't get the twin beds that we asked for, but after ringing reception, the keys to the right room were ready immediately. In fact...before we got out of the lift!

Awesome location, staff, homely place

Originally from Grenoble, felt like home. Awesome experience thanks to attentive staff, comfortable room, very good free coffee machine and location for trains / bus. Very good to recharge and move around.

Only minor thing is the walls between rooms are quite thin, but I didn't experience any noise late at night.
