Very convenient local near the train station and walk to the Bastille gondola for the amazing views of the city. Wonderful AC and room fan during this heat wave. The extra pillows were very helpful. The staff were very kind and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. Lovely reception area and very nice breakfast. Very comfortable bed.

Free coffee all day and a decent breakfast! The room was small and basic but very quiet considering its central location.
I was confused about the parking situation. The description showed free private underground parking (or so I thought) but when i arrived I discovered a reservation and fee were required. There is a paid parking lot nearby. But I appreciated that the excellent staff worked to accommodate me on arrival.

The room was lovely, comfortable, and very clean. The hotel has a warm, welcoming atmosphere, and the entire staff were exceptionally friendly and professional. I would especially like to thank the receptionist, Alexandre, whose kindness, friendliness, and willingness to help made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s always a pleasure to stay here, and it’s definitely a place I keep coming back to.

The room was cozy and comfortable, the beds were very comfy, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The location was also excellent while it’s not directly in the city center, it’s only a 2-minute walk from the main tram hub, making it very convenient to get around.
The room lacked a mini bar fridge and an in-room safe, which was a bit inconvenient. Bathroom amenities were quite limited, and I had to request a refill on the same day I arrived. There was also no kettle in the room; although guests can freely use the coffee machine in the lobby, the coffee itself was quite weak and tasteless I had to add three extra espresso shots just to get a proper coffee flavor.
