Exceptional accommodation from owners that genuinely care about providing an excellent service

I normally take care of holiday bookings but my wife made this one. Turns out it's yet another thing she's better at than me! Jos and Mia were the perfect hosts - friendly but not intrusive. The accommodation was spotless, breakfast healthy and plentiful and the location was incredibly peaceful. We were only there for just over 12 hours but felt fully refreshed when we left. Don't know much about the area as we used it as a base for watching cyclo-cross but it all appeared to be well kept and spacious. Would definitely stay there again in the future.

Owner was really helpful, room was very large and was warm throughout. Bed was really comfy.

The internet speed/ connection was quite slow. Gladly I didn’t need to do any work as this would have been affected. The road to the house is cobbled and has to be driven down very slowly. Not a negative, but I wouldn’t want to stay for an extended period and put up with it daily

Fantastic B&B

This is an amazing B&B!! We were made feel very welcome by the owners with a lovely welcome drink in the garden. The owners are there if you need advice or recommendations but are not overbearing. Our room was spacious and super comfortable. It was spotlessly clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. Toiletries and a hairdryer are provided in the bathroom. There is free tea and coffee and an honesty bar. Breakfast in the morning was amazing - better than most hotels. And we were also served made to order eggs and bacon. It was lovely to sit around the large breakfast table with the other guests. The breakfast room overlooks the beautiful peaceful garden. And we were also joined by the owners for a coffee and a chat. We will definitely stay there again. If you are looking for peace and relaxation this is the place to be.

Excellent facilities, great Facilities, Best Breakfast I have ever had!

B&B 't Heirweggoed has exceeded all our expectations. I traveled with my sons, age 12 and 2. It is so quiet and peaceful place, surrounded by beautiful trees, fill the area with abundance of oxygen. Beautiful neighborhood and quite unique place to stay. There is a secured car park, I assume can take about 3-4 cars. Our room was huge en-suite room on the first floor, plenty of space and super comfy beds. Complementary drinks in the room and i can say that the facilities are way better than any 5* hotels. Most amazing thing was the best breakfast prepared by the host and the breakfast room itself.(I am attaching photo, where my son was having his breakfast which explains it) The host was very friendly, helpful and easily approachable. I will definitely book it again in the future and recommend the place to anyone who wants to visit Ghent and its surroundings. Thank you for your great hospitality!

Genieten in een oase van rust.

Het was er heel erg stil, mede waardoor we erg goed hebben geslapen. Het was 100 % perfekt. Leuke gezellige slaapkamer, heel nette badkamer. Ontbijtruimte was ook erg gezellig met heerlijk ontbijt.
