There’s nothing specific that we didn’t like but it would have been good to have some coffee sachets as well as the 2 teabags. The towels have seen better days.

Weird place. OK for stopover at a push.

Parking outside on street no problem. Clean room. Tea and coffee available free. Payment in euros at checkout.

Strange place. Nobody there at check in. Lockbox on wall but no email or any communication to say how to get room key. Had to call phone numbers written on the door. 1st one didn't answer at all. Room small and bit cramped. En-suite bathroom but no door on it. Overall not great value at the €100 we paid.

Perfect overnighter

Rooms above a busy restaurant on a busy road but it wasn't noisy nor was my sleep disturbed. A fan had been provided for the very warm day and night, much appreciated. Decorated in white the room remained cool and comfortable. Added breakfast as an option in the morning g, just right to make the 2 hour journey to the Euroshuttle in Calais. A perfect stopover.

Great little hotel outside of ghent LEZ zone with free parking

Great restaurant below and free parking right outside, the owner was very nice and chatted a lot at breakfast, the bed was comfortable and check in was easy Bathroom was lovely

The bathroom seemed to permanently smell of cigarette smoke for the whole time we were there

Worth it for the money, but do not expect too much

Great quality for the price.. Parking lot right infront of the hotel.

The hotel was not dirty, but we did see some old stains on the bedsheets as well as dust on the furniture in the room. The mattresses kept slipping off from the beds. My friend even fell in the middle of the night... The texture of the mattresses was also slightly uncomfortable

Beware the ferry.

Beware of the ferry in Langebrugge - I had to wait for more than half an hour. Its way better to cross the channel at Zelzate through the tunnel.

Nice for one night

It is really close to ghent but still in a rural area. The check in process was very easy and the facilities were also very good. There is a big shower with a powerful beam.

The hotel is at a busy road. Even at 10 in the evening a car would pass every 2 minutes which made sleeping with an open window impossible. Closed window is okay if you do not mind having no fresh air in the night. The thing that bothered us the most, is the lack of a bathroom door. At least a curtain or a sliding door would help to not have to watch your significant other on the toilet. There was also a small misunderstanding at check out which the host solved very appropriately.

It is near public transportation. You can park your car and travel by train or tram to the bigger cities like Gent. The hotel is near a gasstation, sportshal, supermarket, butcher, bakery, church and other nice places to eat.

it was an appartment for 4 persons. But you actually stay in 1 room that is divided by a curtain. it was not bad for 1 night. but for more than 1 it might be less comfortable.

Perfect for business travels

I had a really good stay at Quarante Cinq. I parked my car right in front of the hotel (at the side of the street) and was friendly greeted. The room was bright, clean and inviting. I travel for business, and this room fitted the purpose of my stay. There was tea, fresh water and plenty of space to relax, or to work when needed. Really fast response per mail when I asked for an invoice. Great communication!

rustgevend en dichtbij het cultureel centrum waar ik concert moest spelen

ik vond het bed heel goed, heel leuk 'bureautje' ook. Ik was ook blij met de waterkoker, heb thee gedronken. De badkamer was super proper en netjes, goeie douche. kleine kastjes om je gerief in te steken. Het ontbijt was heerlijk.

ik had een kamer aan de straatkant, snachts was er iemand aan het toeteren met de auto. is wel geen super drukke straat.

lekker ontbijt ligging goed bereikbaar

weinig kastruimte. Voor ons geen probleem, wij verbleven maar één nacht. Moesten wij 2 nachten of meer er verblijven dan was er toch te weinig mogelijkheid om je kleren op te hangen.
