Beatrice met us at the water taxi and walked us to the apartment and then spent time to tell us all we needed to know about the apartment and how to get around the city. It was awesome advice and I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Would happily stay here again if we are ever back in Venice

The apartment is located in a very quiet area of the island and is an easy 20 minute walk with luggage from Santa Lucia Railway Station. The water bus stop was only about 5 minutes walk away. Beatrice was waiting for us outside the apartment and was an excellent host, giving suggestions on public transport and reasonably priced places nearby for dining. Breakfast items provided were exceptional and ample. Was wonderful to have cooking facilities and particularly a washer/dryer.

The mosquitos, however they are a problem wherever you are on the island. Just remember to bring mosquito repellent with you!

Location is quiet and close to public transport. Host provided specific diet products (gluten-free) for breakfast. Host provided info about transportation, stores and what to visit.

Very high humidity in the apartment (60-70 %). The apartment has mold in the bedroom behind the desk and behind the closet, be aware if you have respiratory problems. Also, because of the mold, there is a specific smell in the bedroom.

Well-eqipped apartment; warm, helpful and friendly host; peaceful and pitoresque neighbourhood

Breakfast included, an espresso coffee machine, fridge, all the needed dishes, a nice and modern and well-equipped kitchen, a picturesque neighborhood and a garden, the apartment is convenient and pleasant for students, families with children, and with pets, even for longer stays. We are surely coming back to that place when next time to Venice.

Host is very friendly, responsed my messages in a timely manner. The property is in a perfect location, one water bus stop from Piazzale Rome, where is the last stop of airport bus ACTV 5. We bought the 48 hours Venice transit card, which includes one way airport bus and unlimited ride on water bus. If you have big luggage, location is crucial, because inside Venice, there's no bus or taxi, and a lot of bridges, it will be very hard for you to carry luggage and walk a long distance. Host offered to pick us up from water bus station and we connected with host through whatsapp, it was a smooth communication and checking in process. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay, highly recommend this property.

Great contact with the host. We got accurate location information even before we arrived, quick response to any of our questions. Beatrice picked us up from the vaporetto stop. The apartment was very well equipped. We did not miss anything in the kitchen. In addition- washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer, clothes dryer, wellies, vacuum cleaner, detergents, etc. Before the apartment closed garden with a table. In the apartment prepared products for breakfast, before Beatrice asked us what are our preferences. In the apartment prepared tourist materials, guidebooks. Upon arrival, we received a map and a lot of useful information to Beatrice. The area is very quiet, about 2-3 minutes to the vaporetto (Santa Marta). On Monday there is a fruit and vegetable market in the neighbouring street. Perhaps on other days there is also a market, we were there 3 days. To St Mark's Square about 30 minutes fast walk. You may find absolutely everything in that apartment ( even rain boots) :) Beatrice and her husband are very nice and supportive. Apartment is very cosy and fully equipped. Located about 20-30 minutes from St. Marco.

20 minutes walking from the train station, close to a vaporetto station, Zattere and Nico's Gelateria. Quiet neighborhood, really nice if you want to get away from the crowds from Piazza San Marco and you enjoy walking.

The apartment was super clean and comfortable, well located in proximity of waterbus stop, easy to reach all the attractions, meanwhile the place is quiet and safe. There were all facilities we needed for our convenient stay. The host Beatrice is awesome, she is very responsive (within few min!), kind, very helpful and generous. She provided a copious breakfast and gave lots of useful tips and advices, even arranged our trip to other islands. Many thanks Beatrice from me and my family!

There is even a possibility to store bycicles in a small warehouse directly at the apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful. Very nice, clean and fully equipped apartment in a quiet area. Easy to get there (well connected public transport - direct bus from the airport to waterbus station. 3 min by waterbus or 10-15min walk to the property from Piazzale Roma). Quite long walk to San Marco from the apartment. Amazingly helpful and welcoming owner, Beatrice, who collected us from waterbus stop; we communicated via what`s app since we landed. She guided us all our way from the airport. She explained absolutely everything and also prepared some treats ;)

-La TV del salón, demasiado pequeña. -La ducha funciona con calentador, por ende es posible que te quedes sin agua caliente mientras te duchas.

Хорошая локация , дом в отдельном тихом дворе, площадь большая , кухня с плитой , посудомоечной машиной, стиральной машиной с сушкой , микроволновкой, посудой…

В декабре на улице было холодно, около 5 градусов тепла по цельсию , в помещении отсутствует отопление, только кондиционеры и батарея электрическая в душе, и они не работали !!! Хозяйка удивлялась , что утром все работало , а вечером когда мы заехали перестало , выдала нам обогреватель переносной , от которого тепло было только в одной комнате, прожили 3 дня , проблема не решилась !!! В душе очень холодно. Клининг работает плохо , в кухне на диване упаковка от durex, на полу пыль клочками .

Estaba muy bien equipado, tanto el baño como la cocina, el lugar es muy amplio y estaba todo organizado. Si bien no está en el centro de Venecia se puede llegar caminando en 25 minutos sin problema.

Krásný apartmán v klidné části Benátek s nadstandardními službami

Nádherný apartmán se vším, co si člověk může přát (dokonce i relaxační polohovací křeslo). Majitelka Beatrice je velmi přátelská a ve všem maximálně vstřícná – do Benátek jsme přijeli dříve, ale mohli jsme si v garáži nechat zavazadla; stejně tak i po check-outu jsme je mohli uložit a později vyzvednout. Beatrice pro nás po příjezdu připravila milou pozornost v podobě sladkostí a poskytla nám mnoho užitečných rad. Apartmán se nachází v klidné části Benátek, která se nám velmi líbila. Do centra je to přibližně 20 minut chůze, na autobus na letiště ještě blíže. Pokud se někdy znovu vydáme do Benátek, určitě se zde rádi ubytujeme!
