A perfect stay close to the Timmelsjoch Pass.

Room was excellent. Nothing fancy but clean and pleasant.

I was little bit alarmed when I entered the house. The owners are farmers and they live on the ground floor so it might not be perfect but as I said room was excellent.

The staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was superb, and everything was clean and tidy. Location with ski-in and ski-out access is very easy and good price for the ski access.

Very clean and comfortable (if a bit dated) rooms and bathrooms. Good, typical Austrian breakfast. Generally quick wifi. Nice (small) balconies. And a very nice area downstairs to store skis/boots/etc. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Some speak fairly proficient English. Others prefer German (but will try English if need be).

Location is great. When windows are open you can hear water gurgling from the nearby hills. Room was very spacious and with a little balcony, which was very nice. Staff are kind and helpful.

I would appreciate few more toiletries in the bathroom.

Exceptional

Very clean, spacious rooms. There is an elevator for people with limited mobility. The staff were just awesome. This is really what makes someone's stay memorable. They were super attentive to details and gave great tips. Eating Kaiserschmarrn at the Sahnestüberl is a must!!!! When we arrived late, we found a welcome note with our names and room keys next to it. Just thoughtful. Wonderful value for money 🙂

Nothing really. The only thing I felt we missed a little was soap in the bathroom for washing our hands and face. So bring yours with you.

Super freundliche Begrüßung (ich konnte mein Zimmer sogar schon morgens bekommen und dann Ski fahren gehen ) Sehr zentral gelegen (4 min zum Lift - Abfahrt bis fast vors Haus ) Tolle Müsli Auswahl zum Frühstück ! Sauna Bereich schön aber leider kein Bademantel im Zimmer - unpraktisch mit Klamotten unten anzukommen … Sonst alles super !!

Wir kommen wieder!

Wir hatten über Silvester einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Haus Bergkristall. Alles war bestens, sehr sauber, gemütlich, herzlich und familiär. Der Wellnessbereich ist wunderschön und das Frühstück hervorragend, besonders die regionalen Eier. Ein besonderer Dank an Tanja, die uns jeden Morgen beim Frühstück so freundlich in den Tag begleitet hat. Absolute Empfehlung!
