Amazing food, great staff

The staff were helpful and friendly, and had quite a unique sense of humour. I'm not sure i've been roasted that badly for years. The room was very comfortable and large enough for two single men to avoid each other as much as possible. The food was fantastic, as you would expect from a hotel with this name. Spa facilities were great, the heated outdoor pool with the view of the mountains was extremely special

All drinks costs 7 euro. Fine for beer, a bit of a rip off for tap water! The opaque shower door was an interesting choice.

Sehr schönes Hotel, grosse Zimmer, sehr gutes Essen.

Vom Hotel aus überquert man eine Strasse und ist dann sofort auf der Schipiste und in der Nähe von 2 Gondeln.

Das Schwimmbad mit dem Whirlpool im und ausserhalb des Beckens ist ziemlich „geräuschvoll“.

Ein wunderschöner Familienurlaub in einem Hotel mit sehr persönlichem Kontakt und fantastischem Essen

Von der Besitzerfamilie sehr persönlich und freundlich geführtes Hotel in toller Lage in Obergurgl mit hervorragendem Essen und Service. Unsere Zimmer ( 201 & 202 ) waren sehr schön und großzügig und mit tollem Balkon samt Blick auf die Berge. Schöner Spa und Wellnessbereich, der durch einen Verbindungsflur zu erreichen ist und mit einem anderen Hotel ( Bellevue ) geteilt wird.

Zeer goed verblijf. Reeds derde maal dat we hier overnachten.

Het eten kan niet beter. Dat is echt TOP. De obers en hoofdober Peter doen een zeer goede job om de mensen tevreden te stellen. Meewerkende eigenaars van het hotel en kinderen heeft een grote meerwaarde. De onderhoudsmensen doen een zeer goede job. Chapeau voor deze mensen.

De drank bij het eten is aan de hoge kant. Ik begrijp dat de wijn een belangrijke bijdrage heeft aan het hotel maar is toch ook duur. De eigenaars doen echt hun best om de klanten tevreden te maken. Soms komt het wel wat zakelijk over. Het mag ook wat losser zijn, en wat tijd nemen om even met de gasten te praten. De mensen komen van ver met de wagen naar het hotel. Het is dan plezant als je iets over je trip kunt zeggen.

Alles in allem habe ich einen edlen Aufenthalt gehabt.

Das Frühstück ist absolut ausreichend, für jeden was dabei. Es wird ständig aufgefüllt. Der Nachmittags-Snack hat auch Leckereien zu bieten. Das Abendmenü lässt keine Wünsche offen. Der Wellnessbereich ist klein, aber fein (Sauna)

Das Salatbüffet war mir persönlich zu einfach. Da kann man mal drüber nachdenken verschiedene, gemischte Salatplatten anzubieten.

Fantastisch verblijf.

Vriendelijk personeel dat overwegend vlot zowel Duits als Engels spreekt, mooie en propere kamers, prachtig balkon met fenomenaal uitzicht bij de suites, eten (uitgebreid ontbijt en lekker avondeten), welness ruimte en zwembad (de "Romeins badhuis vibe" is een beetje dated maar is wel proper onderhouden).

In de wellness waren de 2 jacuzzi's het grootste deel van ons verblijf buiten dienst. Eén van de eerste dagen werd het water ververst en dan duurde het 4 dagen tegen dat ze terug gevuld en opgewarmd waren... dat is het enige echt grote minpunt. Voor de rest kleine details: het water van het buiten zwembad zou net ietsjes warmer mogen maar dit is waarschijnlijk moeilijk door de hoogte (en de relatief koude nachten). Bij het ontbijt hadden bepaalde zaken soms sneller aangevuld mogen worden. Bij het avondeten werd het drinken soms op tafel gezet, soms uitgeschonken, soms werd er verteld wat we voorgeschoteld kregen, soms niet... op zich geen probleem maar ik houd van consistentie :-) Wij waren hier duidelijk ook aan het begin van het zomerseizoen: de eerste dagen leek er teveel personeel voor te weinig gasten, naar het einde van ons verblijf liep het hotel aardig vol en leken sommigen het overzicht een beetje kwijt en moest management bijspringen om de boel overeind te houden. Iets wat ongetwijfeld snel opgelost geraakt iets verder in het seizoen met een beetje meer routine.

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Frühstück: Frisches Obst, spezieller Schinken der erklärt wurde, gutes Brot, alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Essen: sehr hohes Niveau. Wir hatten "nur" die klassische Halbpension, waren aber mehr als zufrieden. Tip Top Weinberatung. Sehr zuvorkommender Service durch Peter. Maximilian, der Weinkellner, war überaus zuvorkommend und konnte uns auch gut beraten.
