We spent an unforgettable week with incredible weather, blue skies, sunshine all day, enough snow, no crowds on the slopes in a very beautiful hotel within three minutes walk to the two main cable cars Hohe Mut and Roßkarbahn. The hotel is very stylish, has soundproof rooms, very good breakfast with my favourite kitchenware: You can create your own fresh-squeezed apple-carrot-ginger drink. The staff was exceptionally nice and the food was excellent. The "Kräuterbadl" is a healthy 60° sauna with 90% humidity with very nice tiles that show the herbs in beautiful pictures and Latin language. If you prefer a traditional Finnish sauna you have this option as well.
Nothing to complain about. In the future a charging station for electric cars would be nice. However, we learned from previous experience that it is good to have your car charged before you drive to the top of the mountains.

Die Zimmer sind wunderschön, die Lage ist top.
Das Personal - unorganisiert und unfreundlich. Mussten Ewigkeiten auf den richtigen Tisch warten, obwohl ALLES frei war. Man fühlt sich hier als wäre man eine Last und nicht willkommen. Wurden angeschnautzt weil ich um 7:55 auschecken möchte am Abreisetag (vor 8 Uhr wäre das ja unmenschlich ;)! Der einzige, der kundenorientiert ist, ist der Inhaber.
Das Essen ist auch wirklich unterdurchschnittlich mies. Nicht empfehlenswert und werden mit Sicherheit nicht noch einmal hierher kommen.
