Can’t beat this for a family ski stay. Some of the negative reviews on here are baffling!

Loved the food, modern and cleanliness of the hotel. Rooms a bit cosy for two adults and two children but otherwise a great stay.

The location is great, the staff very friendly. The food options could be improved for breakfast and evening.

The fact that the staff doesn’t speak German and the pop radio music at breakfast and dinner time. Also the Tyrolean themed dinner night was awful. The food not good.

Für einen Skiausflug ideal!

Das Hotel ist gut ausgestattet, schick, gemütlich und sehr gut gelegen. Der Einstieg auf die Piste ist nur über die Straße und der Skikeller (ebenerdiger Zugang) ist sehr geräumig und praktisch. Für Skifahrer ideal! Wir hatten Halbpension und waren auch mit dem Essen sehr zufrieden.

Toller Wellness Bereich beim einfachem Frühstück

Sehr moderne Zimmer. Der außergewöhnlich schöne Wellness Bereich hat auf kleinem Raum einfach alles! Wir würden nur deswegen noch einmal kommen.

Das Personal ist sehr neutral. Das Frühstück passt leider nicht so ganz zum Rest. Es ist sehr einfach gehalten.

Hotel venduto (caro) pubblicizzando servizi che non esistono. L' hotel non ha un bar, non ha un ristorante, la Spa è in un altro edificio, senza bar e senza ristorante lo camere non hanno frigo bar o bollitore. Servizio pulizia scadente, lenzuola macchiate di sangue non sono state cambiate per una settimana. Pulizia camera insufficiente. Servizio colazione altamente insufficiente. Abbiamo pagato prezzo pieno e abbiamo ricevuto la metà dei servizi. Rivoglio metà dei nostri soldi.

In der Skisaison wahrscheinlich sehr schön. Im Sommer regelrecht ausgestorben.

Es war sauber und das Zimmer war schön.

Vermutlich der Saison geschuldet war niemand da im Hotel. Der Pool war abgelassen aber man konnte immerhin den im Nebengebäude nutzen. Frühstück war auf Grund der wenigen Gäste spartanisch.

Homepage stand Bar bis 22:30 geöffnet, Bar war geschlossen; Homepage stand Wellnes, Polle leer und Saun nicht geöffnet; Personal sprach kein Deutsch - Personal war kaum zu sehen. Frühstück ab 6 Uhr auf Rückfrage, um 7 Uhr war noch kein Brot da.

Trotz Startschwierigkeiten ein Volltreffer

nocheinmal vielen Dank! Da ich erst superlast minute die Entscheidung getroffen habe, in den Urlaub zu fahren, bin ich auf The Moss gestoßen. Primär habe ich nach einem Hotel mit Lage am Skigebiet mit Pool gesucht. Restaurant war für mich dann eher sekundär, war dann aber doch sehr überrascht über die hohe Qualität. Leider musste ich in Obergurgl zweimal übersiedeln. Es war offensichtlich auch die Ferienzeit in England. - Da sind wir auch gleich beim Thema. Im Hotel The Moss wird auch viel mit Reisebüros gearbeitet. Für mich absolut kein Problem. Das Personal spricht hauptsächlich englisch, deutsch und ungarisch und ist sehr bemüht! Vielen Dank an Frau Kate (glaube ich). Natürlich gibt es immer Luft nach oben. Dennoch halte ich es immer so, dass ich mich gleich melde, wenn mir etwas nicht passt. Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Orten wo ich gewesen bin. Absolut TOP und ich habe auch keinerlei das Gefühl gehabt über den Tisch gezogen zu werden. Ich komme bestimmt wieder und werde mir das Übersiedeln in andere Hotels sparen! Alles Gute aus dem hohen Norden!

Die Anordung vom Frühstücksbuffet gehört bitte nocheinmal überlegt. Aber völlig Zweckmäßig und in Ordnung!

Lage ist gut! Nahe an den Skiliften.

Frühstück absolut ausreichend, Zimmer groß und modern eingerichtet. Wenn man mit dem Personal spricht, bekommt man sogar noch einen Sonderwunsch erfüllt (...bin veganer). Habe superlastminute gebucht und muss nun durch drei hotels. Ich komme diese Woche nochmal vorbei. Danke an Frau Monika, die mir einen Late Checkout möglich machte.

Bardzo ładny, nowy hotel, ładne pokoje i bardzo komfortowa strefa spa.

Wyżywienie jest bardzo przeciętne. Śniadania takie sobie - w podgrzewaczach wszystko zimne. Kolacje bardzo przecietne - dania brzmią super a potem na talerzu "bieda".
