The perfect ski hotel ticked all the boxes

Very comfortable hotel 3 minutes walk to lifts. Charming and attentive staff . Perfect food with extra choices each night eg steak . Stunning spa overlooking slopes and open from 11 am Big apres ski bar with good music

really lovely hotel in a super ski resort - ideal location

location was fantastic - so close to the lifts and in the best part of the town. The room was lovely (as was the spa) and we really liked the staff who were super friendly (especially Gheorge who made our stay extra special).

just an observation - it was a shame the bar in the lounge wasn’t really open / used as it would have improved the ambience in the evening after dinner. the was a waiter taking drinks orders but the bar never really looked open. the only other comment would be to have tea/coffee making facility in the room - the that would be great.

Staff were extremely helpful. Location is superb for ski in ski out.

Excellent location, lovely decor and spa facilities were amazing. Good choice of dinners and breakfast items.

I felt the hospitality could have been more welcoming especially with the children and at mealtimes. They kept running out of pancakes and bread!

Favorite spot

Not the first time we come here, beautiful location, very comfortable for skiing (slope come down to hotel), lovely rooms with balcony with views, great restaurant with fantastic food, spa, storage for equipment, and always extremely friendly staff

We were surprised that spa now has very limited hours, cannot use it full day

Schönes Hotel ausgezeichnet geeignet für Skiurlaub kombiniert mit Wohlfühlerlebnisse und anschliessendem köstlichen Nach

das im Zentrum und doch an der Skipiste und in nächster Nähe zu den Luftselbahnen gelegene Hotel ist bestens geeignet für einen Skiurlaub und wartet mit einer feinen Küche, freundliches Personal und grossen zweckmässigen Zimmern (Junior-Suite) auf, welche jeden Tag gründlich gereinigt werden. Im Preis inbegriffen ist auch eine sehr schöne Wellnessanlage mit grosszügig ausgestatteten Ruheräume mit Sicht in die Berge.

Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert, ganz nettes Personal, auch die Inhaber vom Hotel bemühen sich sehr, das Frühstück ist vielseitig, alles sehr sauber....hätte dieses Hotel noch ein Hallenbad wäre es unschlagbar......
