It’s our third year but this year the rooms were not cleaned correctly and things were going missing. Common areas also dirty. They 100% need new cleaning team.

Overall, we had a great time there with my boyfriend and enjoyed our stay.

The size of the room was massive, and it was a huge plus! We also really enjoyed the food and the spa facilities.

The prices for drinks in the evening are pretty high. The glass of wine is around 9 euros per glass, and for the tap water you pay 4-5 euros per bottle.

Amazing hotel in a great location

Beautiful property. In a fantastic location, connected to ski shop and lift. Food and staff are excellent. Lovely and quiet village but with amazing slopes and easy (free) access to even more in nearby Solden.

It is expensive and it was not great that having spent a week and a lot of money, when asking if a late checkout was available, being told it was €50 for 2 hours extra.

We had a wonderful time, the hotel is brilliant apart from the kids club issue.

The location is very good, easy access to the town, bus stop and lift. The boot room and hire shop being in the hotel are very convenient..We have two children’s so the pool was a very good addition but was too cold, the outdoor pool was warmer but small..

The cost of the rooms from 2024 to 2025 have gone up by £2000.. last year they had afternoon tea and cakes served which were included but now they don’t.. The biggest issue being in a large group with 8 children, the kids club didn’t have supervision!!! Last year it did and we booked again following the same description on booking.com… if you type in hotels with kids clubs into booking.com it will still show as having one, it’s a kids play room!..

The actual room was modern, spacious and very well equipped. The location of the hotel is fine in terms of accessing the lift. The Spa is excellent. Staff in general were very helpful - especially in the restaurant which I thought was very well run and the staff here were superb. The food was simply excellent.

The dining room was cold - very cold. Most people seated in the area where we were originally sat asked to be moved because it was so cold. The hotel had placed a plug in fan heater at the one end which was a pathetic attempt at resolving the problem. The bar was also generally cold which is probably why it was so dead every night - not an inviting place to be when you've been out skiing all day. Generally I felt the hotel lacked atmosphere and this is not helped by the disjointed layout. Our room was over the fly over so we had a long walk to get to reception, the dining room or the bar. There is another bar on the other side of the road which was just odd! It was very poorly signposted and difficult to come across. It seemed to be open just at apres ski but again it was cold and the one night we went there we were literally the only customers there.

Lovely hotel

Very stylish, professionally run hotel. Very clean. Delicious, varied food, excellent service at dinner/breakfast, almost to the point of silver service. Food service was fast even when catering for lots of people the food was very good and we did not have to wait. They had a good range of milk alternatives at breakfast. The freshly cooked breakfast was excellent, they clearly have good chefs. Staff were friendly, helpful and engaging with our children, bringing them colouring whilst we had dinner and talking to them. The children loved the adult and children's menu and thoroughly enjoyed their food. The pools were lovely, and great to have when we needed to relax inside. All the staff were very professional, the bar staff were attentive. Very good service. The dining areas and bar area had a lovely atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay and then moved on to Haus Gurgl which was very disappointing, if you have the choice between the two, The Crystal VAYA Unique is far superior.

Ski store a bit of a walk and no individual units/lockers. Paid for parking and limited space in the car park. The room was slightly too small for a family of four and moving around it, there wasn't much room around the beds. No hair conditioner.

We had a large modern comfortable room, the spa is lovely and the hotel is close to the ski lifts and pistes.

The hotel did not have enough staff and many of the staff were inadequately trained. The room cleaning was inconsistent and the waiting staff (with one notable exception) were very inexperienced. The food, especially the main courses at dinner, was very patchy.

We were there at season opening and there were not quite ready. Long waiting time due to many new employee who were in learning phase. There is only one ski depo for both building which make difficult to use it.

Absolutely amazing. The staff is above professional and friendly and goes beyond what is necessary. We were welcomed after a long exhausting ride and immediately felt like V.I.P. guests, it was a truly premium experience. We will definitely return. Thank you Marco!! good stay but felt overpriced for what we got.

the spa area and outdoor pool

the architecture and facilities were out of date for the price. we stayed there with a dog - and although the hotel allows dogs, it was not very dog friendly - not allowed in the eating area, not even a bowl was provided and the hotel charged an extra 30 euros per night for that. normally, this would cost less than 10 euros in other hotels and they would provide a dog bowl, even a dog bed and will allow the dog to come to breakfast and dinner in the restaurant (we’ve stayed in other hotels even in Austria that do that).

Ok hotel with nice pool and good food.

Great location high in the mountains in the Ötztal, close to the Timmelsjoch. Good food, nice pool and Sauna. Attractive interior design in most areas.

This is a ski resort, build for tons of people, not a boutique kind of hotel. Food is good, breakfast with good variety and eggs to order. Service quality varies, most staff from Hungary, some speak German. They do their job, but will not walk an extra mile. Rooms is nice, but not all lights working. lack of responsibility.
