Cosy, welcoming and great for the family!

We loved the space of the apartment. It had a very cosy feel and was extremely clean. The hotel staff were welcoming, lovely and helpful.

Only one minor negative was the small bath towels.

Amazing hotel

Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, location was great with restaurants and bars nearby, the summer pass included in the room was amazing and really enjoyed spending the morning exploring the nearby gondolas, dog friendly, parking on site, really lovely rooms and comfy beds

We staff was very friendly, provided us with good insights and made the stay very pleasant. The service level is very high and the property has really everything needed for a nice stay. Me and my wife thinks that this property provides very good value for the money. Our best best recommendations!

Simply exceptional!

The place is simply exceptional. Spacious, clean, everything works perfectly. First, the bathroom: many towels, working shower, hot water that is actually hot, shampoos and conditioners provided. Kitchenette had all possible appliances, including cutting boards, glasses of all types etc. There were three of us travelling, so the expectation was that one will simply crash on a sofa in the living room, but when we arrived this sofa was already turned into a full-size bed with sheets and pillows on it. Incredibly nice and thoughtful. Bedroom had a comfy double bed and looked nice overall. Wooden balcony with a nice moon over Alps view — no comments. The staff in the hotel is extremely nice, helped us with the late check-in, sent very clear text instructions on how to get to the place and where to park (parking is available right by the entrance). At the checkout we were given various discount cards and passes for dozens of local attractions, including a free entry to the Top Mountain Motorcycle Museum on Hochgurgl. Incredible place, 10000% recommended.

Breakfast was lovely 😍. Accommodation very modern and clean.. Close to the slopes. Parking and ski rental shop next door. So easy and convenient. Staff very accommodatig, as we had to cancel a night at short notice taking a button you can hit the main gondola to the upper slopes, no queues.

Nothing, very hard to find fault with anything. The kitchen is kinda of a corridor, , while not standard design , its works fine.

The location is very good: you can come directly to the hotel from the slope. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom and rooms are equipped with good quality materials. The breakfast is varied. The staff is friendly.

Wonderful accommodation, ski-in ski-out, clean room, friendly and helpful owner and staff, nice atmosphere. Obergurgl is one of our favorite ski resorts and next time we will certainly book this accommodation again.

Would definitely recommend.

- *Very* welcoming and helpful host/owner. Excellent English. Was reachable every time by phone prior to arrival. - Decent wifi. - Warm flat, plenty of hot water. - Sauna (+ sauna robes). - Ski boot heaters, ski room with practical separate entrance. - *Fantastic* location (literally, can ski down straight to the lift, can ski into the house from the slopes. Ski rental/food store literally around the corner. Bus to Soelden/other ski lifts right around the same corner). - Welcome gummy bears :) - Parking spots are a bit tight, but there is a spot per flat. - Fridge in the flat + kitchenette (tiny, but practical).
