Perfect room for a short stay with a dog

Great location just outside the old town center. Close to Parc de la Bouzaise (un vrai bijou) which is just what you need for a morning walk with the dog. See photos.

Great stay in Beaune!

Location was great. The place was also amazing - nicely made and super clean. All you need is there. Even a nice terrace if you want to enjoy the sun :). Arnaud and his father were both helpful and super kind. Recommend 100% :)

Sweet and quiet place with a very nice host (Arnaud)

Arnaud is a great host. Very responsive and he came to personally meet us and show us the property. The room was very sweet, quiet place and there was even a coffee machine for the morning coffee.

Lovley accomodation close to town. Great host!

Arnaud was super helpful & easy to communicate with. Accomodation was a 10 min stroll to Bourne old town which is pretty and has lots of restaurants/ bars.

Wonderful gem in the heart of Burgundy!

The place is within a short walk to all main attractions and a village center. Compact but very comfortable and clean with a nice space outside where one can complete a beautiful day in Burgundy enjoying quiet wine and cheese dinner. Wonderful trails through the vineyards also start just around the conner. Communication with Arnaud was easy and clear at al times. He is very nice and helpful and even dropped us off at the railway station the day of our departure (thank you Arnaud!!). Definitely a place to come back!

Superb

The small studio located in the garden of a house was very peaceful and had a lovely patio area outside. It was very clean and within 10 minutes walk of the centre of Beaune.

We found the bed uncomfortable, but that's subjective.

Perfect location, great owners

I booked this on the last minute, needed to accommodate soon, the owners were do quick getting us settled, really lovely. Place small, but super clean and stylish and the location just perfect. Will be very happy to return.

Ottimo, vicino al centro in localino accogliente e ben riscaldato.

Colazione no, 4 capsule di caffè per 2 giorni e 2 dolcetti. L'alloggio è molto piccolo ma non manca nulla, Molto bello che ci hanno dato le chiavi con una persona, un umano. In mezzo a tanti che ti invitano a scrivere codici, prendere chiavi nei modi più strani questo è molto positivo. E' come una stanza d'albergo e non ha la cucina. Ma ha un tavolo che abbiamo avuto moldo di apprezzare ed utilizzare per una cenetta.

I vicini. Attenzione a dove parcheggiate. Non mi sono accorto che la macchina poteva dare fastidio e ho dovuto subire la sfuriata della vicina. Chiedete bene a chi vi apre, giusto per non sbagliare. Tutto sommato ero in ferie, e purtroppo non ci ho fatto caso che non riuscivano a uscire, i vicini. Comunque sia non ho ucciso nessuno e mettersi a questionare in francese va assolutamente evitato e l'host avrebbe dovuto spiegare senza possibilità di errore cosa fare o cosa non fare. Invece di dire la macchina li va bene, per poi trovare il posto indicato occupato non ci ho fatto caso che pur mettendola dove la ho trovata diverse volte parcheggiata, da parte dell'host, non andava bene. Mi sono fidato del fatto che lui la parcheggiava li. Ripeto pagare per litigare a me non va bene quindi verificate bene per un soggiorno che, a parte questo fatto è risultato ottimale. Comunque mi spiace ancora per l'accaduto e spero che i vicini non me ne vogliano.

Het lag in een rustige buurt, begane grond, zag er goed verzorgd uit, schoon, persoonlijke ontvangst. Met 2 personen is het een fijn verblijf.

Excellent accueil et endroit très agréable. La literie est très confortable et la sdb a tout pour être efficace et agréable. Une rue très calme et pratique pour mon déplacement qui était à l'hôpital proche.

Une connexion internet peu efficace et une tv trop petite et qui n'était pas regardable.

Logement parfaitement situé au calme. Tout est agencé avec beaucoup de goût et il ne manque rien pour passer un bon séjour. Echanges très faciles avec le propriétaire pour organiser notre arrivée au mieux. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

4 points seraient à revoir : - l'eau de la douche était vraiment trop chaude hier soir, impossible de régler la température ; - la télévision ne fonctionne pas (image saute, son inaudible) et elle est mal positionnée (impossible de la regarder depuis le lit) - ampoule d'une lampe de chevet HS - oreillers très mous. - réduire la longueur du rideau blanc afin qu'il ne traine pas parterre. En espérant que ces points d'amélioration vous soient utiles.

Jammer dat parkeren op de oprit - terwijl er niemand aanwezig was en slechts voor 1 nacht - niet mogelijk was.
