A very comfortable quiet property just a little way off the main road. The two lounge areas were lovely and I enjoyed reading here. Simon and Morven were most welcoming and run an excellent establishment. The dining room was adjacent to the lounge and had a lovely view of the mountains. Breakfast was cooked perfectly and I liked the order system so you chose exactly what you wanted and it was served to the table. A nicer touch than a buffet and straight from the kitchen to your table. I also liked the lighter blanket alternative to the heavier duvets. It all had a lovely warm friendly feel about it and Simon even booked me dinner at a nearby restaurant prior to my arrival. Service with a smile.

No tv which meant had to speak to my husband all night which was a revelation! 🤣🤣
To be fair I didn’t read the full reviews before booking that this was not in the room - not a problem as appreciate this is a hosts policy but may not have booked the rooms with having a young adult with anxiety issues with us. He does not like social areas so the lounge area to watch tv with others so would not have been good for him. Like I say this is for us to consider when booking going forward.

Wonderful friendly hosts who made us feel pampered between upgraded room with view of Ben Nevis and attentive service (messaged us days ahead to suggest making dinner booking and called restaurant for us!). Room was perfect and breakfast delicious.

Our hosts were great and even reached out in advance to help us book dinner before we arrived. It's a 5-10 minute walk to the train station, which was handy for us. Breakfast was a nice selection. Room was comfortable.
