About this villa rental
Dias Villa is a beautiful villa built among olive groves, between the historical coastal Maleme Village and the hill Xamoudohori village with the wonderful panoramic view. The area where the villa is built is quite and ideal for relaxation, while Platanias resorts is only 6km away. Xamoudohori is a beautiful small village. Its only amenity is a traditional kafenion, where except your coffee, you can enjoy traditional cretan dishes.
The outdoor area of Dias Villa is 4000sq.m and beautifully designed. Next to the private pool - from where the panoramic sea view is amazing - there is a covered area with a rectangular marble table. On this side of the villa, there is also a stone-built oven. On the other side, there is another covered area where the barbecue is found. The garden of the villa is part of a 23000sq.m private field, mostly covered with olive trees. Next to the villa there is a fenced area where hens, a pony and a gentle mare, Argyro, live.
The villa consists of 2 floors. At the ground floor there are 2 sitting areas, the dining area and the open plan fully equipped kitchen. French doors open to a balcony with panoramic sea and mountain view. There is also a bathroom and a storage room. The three bedrooms of the villa are on the first floor. Two of them have double beds and the other one two single beds. A balcony with panoramic view is also found on this floor. One more bathroom completes the floor.
