Sehr ruhige schöne Lage mit Nähe zum Schwarzsee, super nette Gastgeberin, sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen, kostenloser Parkplatz vorm Haus, Komfortabler Brötchenservice, Sauberkeit top

Das Einzige, was man vielleicht anmerken kann, dass ein bisschen wenig Besteck (Messer) vorhanden waren. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Apartment im Erdgeschoss. Direkt vor unseren Fenstern stand eine Sitzgruppe, die von allen Bewohnern genutzt werden konnte, teilweise bis Abends um 22 Uhr 30.

Lovely apartment with misleading information by host

Peaceful, easy access and close to town

We were originally put into an apartment which we hadn’t booked without a balcony and a seat available just off the car park through the communal hall. When we pointed out it was not the apartment in the photos we were told the photos were just examples of what we might have had but didn’t get. Then we were told we couldn’t be moved due to other bookings but when we put our foot down we were moved into the apartment with the balcony and more space as we had expected. Very disappointing and misleading. Be very careful to be sure what you book and save the photos to prevent being given a different apartment.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Unsere Gastgeberin Anne war unheimlich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Je kleine Frage wurde superschnell beantwortet, bei (sehr seltenen) kleinen Problemchen hat sie geholfen und alles gelöst. Wir sind ihr sehr dankbar und sie hat alles einfach noch schöner gemacht durch ihre positive Art. Die Lage am Schwarzsee war hervorragend, ausreichend Parkplätze für unsere 12 Personengruppe. Das Penthouse ein super Ort um zusammen zu essen und zu kochen. Riesige Kühlschränke, und eine Profi Eiswürfelmaschine.

Great place to access the wonders of the Austrian countryside and enjoy the pleasures of Kitzbühel.

The apartment was up a steep lane but walkable and the town was 15 minutes away on foot. We had a limited view from our bedroom window but the apartment was quiet and met all our needs. Anne, the manager, was on hand during the day to assist with keys and information.

it would have been nice to have had a view but as were not in the apartment that much it wasn't a game changer.

Overall the apartment was great, and better suited to travelling by car than by train and foot.

The manager was courteous, professional and spoke English well. The ground-floor apartment had a clean, spacious bedroom and studio area, with a big table and a great view of the Hahnenkamm/Streif! The kitchen was well-equipped and functional. There is a grocery store in town, and a fine restaurant within a 5-minute walk. The neighborhood has nice chalets around a cul-de-sac on a hill between Kitzbuhel and Schwarzsee. Kitzbuhel is a great, old ski town, but with a lot of glitz. The street parties on Hahnenkamm race day had a Mardi Gras feel. It was good to stay out of town a little ways at this apartment. In hiking boots, it took 25 minutes to walk to the cable car station. You can rent and store ski gear around there. It was mostly an easy walk--without ski gear.

The bathroom was narrow and could be better ventilated. There are no laundry facilities in the apartments, but some are in town. The upper part of the walk to Kitzbuhel was tense on a narrow, curvy, slick road. A taxi costs 15 euro.

Awesome Penthouse with amazing views

The Penthouse was pretty awesome with superior views over Kitzbühel and the mountains. Location was easy to find from the main road and there was a private parking place right next to the main building. Late arrival was no problem at all. The Penthouse had 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 large bathroom with a wc, a smaller 1 wc, and a very spacious living area. In addition, it had 2 balconies providing excellent views to the mountains (check the attached pics). The Penthouse was also well-equipped with e.g. working fireplace, nice kitchen with a wine cabinet, Bang & Olufsen Audio System, large TVs in all main rooms, wifi etc... Finally, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Hence, it is easy to recommend this place and the Penthouse.

Highly recommended place (esp with dog), great apartment with amazing host

Super friendly host who always helped in any topic with quick response time Property was as advertised, high quality. Apartment was spacious with a big living room, kitchen properly equipped. Parking easy and available free of charge, even if outside. Great location for travelling with dog, not only the apartment is dog-friendly but treks in the forrest are very close by

Bathroom was a bit small, esp there was not much space to unpack toiletries. But still manageable

Fabulous place, quiet with gorgeous views.

The location was great, a mile outside of the center of Kitzbühel. It was an easy walk to and around the beautiful Schwarzsee, where the Wilden Kaiser range was stunning in the distance especially at sunset. The apartment was very clean, and exactly as pictured. We stayed with our two teenage boys and there was plenty of room. The keys were left in a lock box since we arrived after 5pm. Staff were present each day and were very friendly. We had a wonderful 3 night stay!

Great amount of space in 2 bedroom apartment and lovely view from balcony. Easily walkable to town centre in about 20-25 mins or by bike, note the slightly uphill location of the apartment. Short walk to Schwarzsee. Would definitely stay here again.

Host waiting at property for our arrival.

This was a beautiful property and had lovely views of the snowy mountains. We had a bottle of wine and water on arrival which was a great gesture. It only took 15 mins. to walk into town and about the same to walk to the lake. I would definitely recommend to stay when visiting Kitzbuhel. Thanks to Stephan for such a lovely stay. Lee & Sharon x

Lovely apartment in a quiet area outside the main town!

The apartment was super spacious with all the facilities needed. Hosts were lovely. Apartment was absolutely spotless when we arrived and was kept really warm throughout our stay which was great. Great shower as well! The apartment has a nice communal terrace which catches the sun in the morning - some rooms also have private terraces.

The apartment is a short walk outside of Kitzbuhel (about 15-20 minutes). Although this was fine for us, it may limit families with really young children or people who want to be right in the thick of everything! The hosts helped us get taxis when needed and that process was very easy. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Beautiful spot, well appointed apartments, balcony and view superb

The location was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful. You could walk out the door and start a walk up into the mountains or down to the lake. It was a pleasant walk to the town and short drive to get to lots of good locations around the area. Stephan the host was very friendly and always around to provide guidance on places to see, places to eat and good foods to try.
