Perfect place for stay with large family. Enough place for five or six persons. Quiet place with stunning views. Five minutes drive from Kitzbühel center and from ski lift. We enjoyed our stay!!!
We didn’t found shower soap in bathroom. Only a hand soap.

The property is simply amazing, located in the nature and just few km outside the city of Kitzbühel. The property itself is big, spacious and nicely decorated, meeting really high standards and the hosts are so great and welcome that make your stay unforgettable. Definitely I would recommend it and will visit it back again.

THE BEST
Everything! Great location, quiet with a beautiful view and close to many great hikes. Beautiful, comfortable and large apartment with excellent facilities. Excellent for families - 3 bedrooms, big living room and dining room and nice kitchen. Great and warm hospitality from Johanna and family who were very friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed an excellent yoga session with Johanna in her studio. Hope to return! Many thanks, Johanna!

Tolles Wochenende in Kitzbühel
Die Unterkunft war einfach großartig! Wunderschön gestaltet, mit gemütlichen Betten und tollen Bädern. Die großzügigen Räume boten viel Platz zum Entspannen. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, und der Kamin im Wohnzimmer sorgte für eine besonders gemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Lage auf einem idyllischen Bauernhof machte den Aufenthalt noch besonderer – einfach ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten! 🌿🔥😊
