Great house with excellent facilities

The walk to and from the gondola wearing ski boots and carrying skis was a bit of a pain

Perfectly located in the heat of Kitzski!
Location was excellent. Right next to a ski shuttle, but even if you don't time the shuttle properly, the walk to the Hahnenkamm gondola was easy. We did it every day and skied from morning until close! Lots of great restaurants and shops all within walking distance. No car necessary. It's only a10 minute walk from the train station, and Kitzbühel has many affordable, quality taxi services that can accommodate your ski equipment.
If you're here to ski, there isn't a great place to put your ski equipment. We used the tiled room at the bottom of the basement stairs to store our gear. The washer and dryer are also very tiny, so 10 guests, skiing every day have to budget washing time carefully. I would say this place is great for 4 couples (8 adults using 4 beds/ bedrooms). The listing says it accommodates 10 guests, but the 5th room is a pull-out sofa that isn't nearly as comfortable as the 4 other beds. The sun room with the pull out couch is only accessible through the first floor shower room, which can be awkward for the guests staying in that room.

The property was absolutely fantastic. There is ample room and wonderful decor in the home. The house is clearly well built and it is rare to find a property with such good noise control. The kitchen and bar had all we needed and is ideal for groups of family or friends.
