Menton in the Garavan area the Roca Mare is located at 23 Porte de France for monthly seasonal weekly rental.
Nice one bedroom apartment (36 square meters + 11 square meters terrace) in a residence on the 4th floor with lift.
Nb. Equipped with parking space.
The Residence Roca Mare is 20 meters from the sea and has a private swimming pool and panoramic terrace, just across the street and you are on the beach.
Very bright living room and well equipped kitchen, separate bedroom. Comfortable terrace. Sleeps 4 (double bed + sofa bed). Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, flat screen satellite TV,
Nespresso coffee machine, hairdryer, etc.
Expected 50 euros running water consumption etc.
Not included towels. (if you want the possibility of renting on request.)
NB for periods shorter than a week there may be variations in rates.
