About this house rental
In the pedestrianized old town, quiet, house on 4 levels: ground floor washing machine and fridge-freezer, on the 1st, sleeping two people, on the second, beautiful double bedroom, bathroom, separate wc, on the 3rd, bathroom dining-living room, WiFi, TV / Dvd, fitted kitchen, balcony with breathtaking view of mountains and sea, ports and Italian border.
Possibility of free parking 5 mins, beaches and town center 5 mins: Shops and museums 5 mins also on foot. Beautiful hikes in the Menton hinterland and bus (1 euro 50) to discover the Riviera from Menton to Cannes via Monte-Carlo at 1 / 4h and Nice 1h.
Sheets not provided: only on express request (but, as it should be, bathroom linen, bathrobes, hairdryer provided).

We loved our stay in the Town House. It was full of character and a great location as long as you’re mobile and fit with stunning views. We would definitely recommend to people who like the quirkier side of private rentals.

To visit this house is a truly authentic experience. Located in the historic old town. We loved it quirkiness, filled with vintage furniture and mementos, it is a true traditional family home. Due to its age it is quite dark but cool as the climate is beautiful.
The house is on 4 floors and the main area is in the top floor to enable you to enjoy the marvellous view over the bay.
Menton is not a large town and everything is in walking distance and a beautiful place to visit.
Please be aware it would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues as from the beach area, there are 150 steps up to the house and then up 4 floors to top.
If you are fed up of bland hotels then this is certainly different and we loved our stay.
