Beautiful and atypical flat with sea view in the historic heart of Menton, a few steps from the beach of the Sablettes. With an area of 70 m2, it benefits from a privileged environment thanks to its large ceiling height and its magnificent painted vaults. It is spacious and east-facing, which makes it pleasant in summer thanks to the shade in the late afternoon. From the bed (160 cm) of your bedroom, as well as from the living room, you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the bay of Menton as far as the Cape of Bordighera. A second (and smaller) bedroom completes this accommodation. The flat is located in the old town centre and is close to all shops and the market. You will appreciate its authentic charm and ideal location to enjoy the pleasures of the sea and the Mediterranean way of life.

A car is really not necessary to get to the flat and spend a holiday in Menton. The flat is located between the train stations of Menton and Menton Garavan, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, making trips to other towns on the Côte d'Azur or to Italy easy.
