About this apartment rental
Beautiful and atypical flat with sea view in the historic heart of Menton, a few steps from the beach of the Sablettes. With an area of 70 m2, it benefits from a privileged environment thanks to its large ceiling height and its magnificent painted vaults. It is spacious and east-facing, which makes it pleasant in summer thanks to the shade in the late afternoon. From the bed (160 cm) of your bedroom, as well as from the living room, you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the bay of Menton as far as the Cape of Bordighera. A second (and smaller) bedroom completes this accommodation. The flat is located in the old town centre and is close to all shops and the market. You will appreciate its authentic charm and ideal location to enjoy the pleasures of the sea and the Mediterranean way of life.
The flat does not have air conditioning. For more comfort during the great summer heat, it is equipped with fans.
A car is really not necessary to get to the flat and spend a holiday in Menton. The flat does not have its own parking space, but you may find a free parking space about 100 metres from the flat or you can park in the Sablettes car park, which is a 5-minute walk from the flat (low-cost parking packages are offered there). The flat is located between the train stations of Menton and Menton Garavan, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, making trips to other towns on the Côte d'Azur or to Italy easy.

What an absolutely gorgeous and charming property. Location cannot be topped...both the beach and old town are truly right outside your door. And, I have never stayed in a property that was so wonderfully provisioned and outfitted. I'm talking about enough food and drinks for several days, and a large supply of higher end absorbent towels! Even thick beach towels were available. Add in the graciousness and kindness of the hosts...superb!!!

This property could not have been better for our needs! A great location, loads of charm, clean as a whistle and extremely quiet. Raphael was a consummate host and provided all the extra “little touches” around the apartment to make us feel right at home. We plan to go back again as soon as possible. Book this apartment with confidence!

My title says it all. With sweeping views of the Med Sea and the old town of Menton, this bright, airy and spacious apartment is a dream come true. and walkable to everything in this gorgeous city. The kitchen was stocked with a week's worth of supplies and then some! (juice , milk 6 bottles of water, butter, several jars of jam, tuna, pasta , rice, cereal, coffee and tea ,biscuits and cookies!!
And i was picked up by the owner's mother from the train station during a heavy rain storm!
