Enjoyed my stay in very comfortable accommodation. Would like to return for longer stay.
Lovely room, tastefully furnished in perfect location near sea and amenities. Little extras - bottle of water, cookies, selection of teas.
Milk had to be brought up from kitchen and no fridge in room to keep it cool/fresh. Perhaps milk pods in room would be solution.

Lovely B&B in Whitley Bay
Beautiful period house with a warm welcome from Rebecca. My room was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, especially the home made chocolate banana cake! Would stay again

Great guest house in a great location... would happily return.
Provided with Permit for parking - able to park very close to guest house. Very clean, warm and homely accommodation. Very welcoming and lovely hosts. Good sized room - very comfortable. Excellent location, close to the beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. (Drank / Ate at the Fox & Finch - excellent!) Highly recommend and would happily return

A gem of a find in Whitley Bay
Rebecca is a friendly & helpful host. The breakfast was superb, definitely the best cooked breakfast I’ve had in a B&B! The facilities were very clean, and had a good homely feel. Great location close to the esplanade in Whitley Bay

Fantastic stay in a warm comfortable hotel
We had a wonderful stay at Sandsides, we were able to book in early so we could start our day, Rebecca showed us around our accommodation and said if we needed anything just to give her a call. The bed was very comfortable and we had a good nights rest. Breakfast was delicious, plenty of choice and homemade banana bread. There’s parking just outside of the hotel and you’re given a permit during your stay.

Fantastic location, a stones throw from the beach & the Spanish City. Lovely welcome from the owner, friendly & helpful . The room was beautiful, full of character & welcoming touches.

Very friendly professional staff. Lovely freshly cooked breakfast and lots if choice of cereals, juice, fresh fruit and homemade banana bread. Beautiful guest lounge. Perfect quiet location for sea front. Easy street parking. Host provides permit
It was December and a problem with heating. We needed to ask twice because radiator in room went off. Would have helped if there had been supplementary heating
