Room size was great. Breakfast was excellent. Good Choice for vegetarian as well.

There isn't anything to no like about.

It is located on a different side of Zermatt town - quieter but still within walking distance to the train station. There was a play room that came in handy when the weather was too hot to explore outside and we didn’t have our swimwear for the spa. We could see the Matterhorn very clearly from our room! Awesome!

I was not able to call for the hotel shuttle when I reached since I had to call an international number, and the construction outside the hotel made it difficult for us to initial find the place and push our luggages on foot there.

The view from our room of the Matterhorn was amazing. The breakfast was nice. The spa was great! It’s a great location - walking distance to everything. The hotel picked us up and dropped us off at the train station which was a great service.

Staff were somewhat helpful however, we often received conflicting information depending on who we asked. For example, I forgot my AUS/EU power adaptor and one staff member at reception indicated that I could borrow one of theirs or purchase one from them. I opted to purchase it for 20 CHF. Upon check out, I was told to return the adaptor. I explained that the other staff member at reception had told me I could purchase it (which I signed for) but the staff member firmly disagreed and her mannerisms changed which we all picked up on. I returned the adaptor. Our room had a stench of vomit - not sure if it was the couch or carpet but it stank. The bathroom is dated. No air conditioning.
