SCHLOSS Zermatt - CBD & Adaptogenic Spa and Sport Hotel

We had the 3 bed penthouse and had high expectations but it delivered! Great amount of space, loads of balconies with great views. High end everything and comfortable beds/furniture. The absolute highlight of this place is the staff - all the women that work there seem to be so friendly, helpful and professional. A real credit to the place. We had the most amazing massages and really enjoyed the pool/spa/gym/yoga. Incredible but accessible 5 lakes hike and mountain restaurant food nearby. So central and near the train station so wasn't at all bad lugging our cases to and from the station. We loved Zermatt!

The only thing we weren't bowled over by was the breakfast. We thought it would be better for the price. A lot of good items were on the menu but you had to pay extra for - I don't think at the price point you should be paying for any items such as smoothies and eggs benedict. The buffet was ok but we have had better at cheaper places to be honest.

World class staff and amenities! Convenient to train station and village restaurants. Clean, comfortable room. Great spa offerings! Generous, tasty complimentary breakfast.

Everything from location to welcome drink to the facilities. Especially, the SPA is the best I have even been too.

It was our first time to visit and lodge in Zermatt. The choice of this place is the best lodging we chose in Switzerland. I love its location, very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Up-to-date facilities, new but not feeling too flashy! Bed is comfortable and beddings are super clean. We enjoyed spa. The front desk is super friendly all the time, and very helpful too. Its breakfast is great and very enjoyable! Truly hope to stay longer next time!

Wish the spa time can be a bit longer like into night around 10pm in summer.
