    The check in and actual hotel are quite a walk! So you’ve to walk with your luggage for 12/15 minutes There is no way to connect with them once you check in- they do WhatsApp you and ask you to text if you need anything. When you do it- they don’t reply or bother to get in touch The fittings are so old- bathtub and sink have been clogged and no one has come

    Clean and Comfortable. Very close to train station and super market. Cafes and Restaurants in walking distance. Their association with Alpine resort and spa is a big plus as you have the resort and front desk access

    I have booked with Balcony but they gave me ground floor. My husband is not interested to change so I can’t do anything but they should have given the right room in the first place. The first night, none of us can’t sleep well especially my daughter. She got itchy all over from the blanket. Next day my husband requested to change the blanket and they changed them for us even though daily cleaning is not part of the stay. The expensive cleaning fee only applies to end of stay cleaning only they said. Close to train station but a bit far to cable car to Glacier Paradise. No reception at location so my husband had to go to another place for check in. He said it’s a bit far but luckily we met with one of the staff and he drove him to check in place and back. Thank you. There is an intercom at the door and we can communicate with staff via this if we have anything.
