LaPerle Apartments & Spa Access at Alpen Resort

Close to train station, close to main town / village, quiet, clean. Nice except the bathroom - which was fine, but it looked out of date.

Bathroom did not match the rest of the apartment - it needs updating but functioned fine. I did not like having to take out my own trash at the end and find a disposal place without very clear instructions. Also - for 4 days, it would be nice to have more toilet paper and coffee pods

the spa facilities were great (extra charges were reasonable)

The location was perfect for us because it was close to the train station and the Matterhorn Express. We were there as a starting point for the Glacier Express and to see Glacier Paradise. Check-in was easy at a nearby hotel and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The apartment was not only beautiful but clean and comfortable. The kitchenette had everything you need to make a simple meal. There was even a fondue pot in the cabinet. The grocery store was a quick walk up the lane.

The bathroom with mold, the reception staff, the elevator in the apartment building and the fact that there were no cleaning cloths despite having to clean the kitchen before leaving. Last but not least the apartment was pretty dark.
