    Nice hotel - clean, spacious room, great breakfast, free pickup and drop facility from railway station, having walking access to good restaurants, railway station and market. It was a joy talking to the front office manager Niko - very helpful and always welcoming & smiling. Overall great stay! :-)

    Our family had 3 rooms all together. They were all comfortable rooms, and most had a balcony. Bathrooms were clean, shower was hot and the beds good. Breakfast was also ample with a variety of food options. Would stay again.

    We were very disappointed with our stay. During breakfast, cash (about CHF 300) and jewelry went missing from our room. The hotel claimed no one had accessed it, yet our belongings were gone, and no real help was offered. We felt unsafe and unsupported. If you stay here, carry your valuables with you or keep them locked in the safe before leaving the room. A distressing experience in an otherwise beautiful place.
