    Our check-in was done seamlessly online. We were able to leave our luggage inside our room when we arrived. There are no elevator so you have to carry your luggage up the stairs to our room. We requested for an attached bathroom. We had a small balcony just outside our room & there is an espresso machine in our room as well. Our room is clean & well maintained daily. Le Mazot sits right in the centre of the town & is easily accessible to train stations, cafes & shopping. Breakfast area is a busy area & the spread is sufficient for us. We requested for 2 takeout breakfast (2 different sandwiches with different filings, an apple, a banana & a bottle of water) as we need to go for our early morning paragliding session. Dinner at the restaurant was an excellent experience. Hotel guests have a separate menu & are given a further 10% off ala carte items. Thank you to the Le Mazot Team for an awesome stay!

    We received clear instructions on how to check in one day before our arrival, which was very helpful. The hotel maintained excellent communication leading up to our stay, and the check in process was smooth. The room felt truly magical because we could enjoy a direct view of the Matterhorn right from our window. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience.
