    I would recommend this hotel to people without big lugguages, as you need to walk up a steep. However, the hotel and breakfast is very nice, it has elevator and the price is still cheap in Zermatt area

    The hotel is charming and cozy. You can open the windows to enjoy the cool fresh air from outside, and there is a view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast is delicious, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The walk up to the hotel is a bit steep, so it may be slightly challenging if you have large luggage.
