Silent suburb.

We liked the garden area, the family friendly street, surrounding, the car parking option.

A bit small bathroom, but the flat was OK for two people.

Poor apartment, we felt unwelcome (and this is the first time in many years of using this platform)

The location is not bad, there is also a small garden. It is a silent/relaxed neighborhood.

1. The internet wasn't working when we arrived, after which it started to work, but with many hiccups 2. The bathroom was not just very small, but with many leakage problems (bad plumbing) 3. We've got 1 small soap and 1 toilet paper for 2 persons for 1 week! (I had to ask for more) 4. There was no shower gel or shampoo, we had to buy them 5. The kitchenware was pretty dirty, look at the hood (see photo attached) 6. We've got no rack to dry our laundry, but only this wire outside (see photo attached) .... and it rained for 3 days 7. We've got just 1 bed sheet for 2 persons ! In the wardrobe we found this dirty blanket (see photo attached) 8. Maybe the worst was that even after I 5 days, when I asked them to do some cleaning and change the bed linen, the host answered that they don't provide this service!!!! Even the most basic guesthouse changes sheets and does minimal cleaning after 2-3 days. We stayed 7 nights without any new sheets or cleaning! 9. On top of everything, they charged us 70 Euros for our small dog. In all guesthouses until now, not only we weren't charged, but we got nice presents for the dog or at least plates for water and food. I've been using booking.com for over 15 years now and I don't remember to see a mark of 9 and such conditions inside. The mark seems like a bad joke.

Booking and tourist agency Istrayour is making the property looks diffrent. We thought that we booked a apartment (bedroom+bathroom+kitchen), but we apparently we booked only a room (bedroom+bathroom). But the room I think wasn’t worth the money. But the owners were really nice and friendly.

Laba māja par labu cenu.

Patika atrašanas vieta, ir parkings pie mājas. Ērtas gultas, virtuvē ir pilnīgi viss, kas varētu būt nepieciešams ceļotājiem. Pavisam netālu no apartamentiem ir ļoti laba picerija un restorāns.

Virtuve Aleks 3 bija bez loga!!! ((( Nācās visu laiku izmantot elektrību. Sarežģīti būs tiem, kas pieradis gatavot mājās. Bet blakus ir vasaras virtuve, ko saimnieks mīļi ļauj izmantot.

Sehr empfehlenswert - wir kommen mal wieder

Die Lage war sehr gut. Parkplatz direkt an der Wohnung. Meer und Zentrum in jeweils ca. 5-10 zu Fuß erreichbar. Sehr ruhige Lage in Wohngegend am Ortsrand. Ein paar Gehminuten entfernt befindet sich ein Konsum, bei dem der Grundbedarf gedeckt werden kann. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und umsichtig. Die Wohnung war sauber. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir werden sicher mal wieder kommen.

La posizione era ottima per due partecipanti all'Umagrun25, perché vicina allo Stadio Stella Maris. Parcheggio vicino casa. Aria condizionata. Gestore gentile e disponibile parla bene italiano.

Il bagno non è molto ampio.
