De verwarming van het huis. Het huis is donker. wij waren er in de winter . Om het echt warm te krijgen ben je echt heel veel geld kwijt. Elektriciteit wordt extra in rekening gebracht.

The location is unbeatable. The sea and the pool. Great for families. Great that they welcome pets.
There is no air conditioning in the living room, only in the rooms (and this isn't absolutely clear in the ad). It was extremely hot during our stay in Denia, so this was a real inconvenience. The ad warns electricity consumption is charged, but says nothing about the fee. We only found out before right getting there that the fee would be 0.36€ kw/h, which is twice the real price of electricity. We asked about this and got no satisfactory reply. Finally, considering they charge for sheets and towels, these should not be as old and small.
