Bien ubicado y buena terraza.

Muebles deteriorados. Sofa cama y cojines muy incomodos. Al entrar en la pila de la cocina habia trozos de ensalada no estaba bien limpio.

El apartamento era acogedor y cumplía perfectamente con lo necesario para la estancia. La piscina era bastante amplia y estaba genial, y la ubicación nos gustó mucho, ya que está muy cerca tanto del pueblo como de la playa. En general, estuvimos cómodos y la estancia fue agradable.

Como aspectos a mejorar, la nevera y la ducha nos parecieron algo pequeñas. Lo más importante sería indicar con mayor claridad el tema de la accesibilidad: escogimos este apartamento porque se indicaba que disponía de ascensor, ya que viajaba una persona a la que le cuesta caminar, pero al llegar descubrimos que para acceder al ascensor primero había que subir varios escalones. Afortunadamente no tuvimos ningún problema, pero creemos que es una información importante que debería aparecer en el anuncio, especialmente para personas con movilidad reducida o dificultades para caminar. También mejoraríamos la comunicación previa a la llegada: estaría bien recibir con unos días de antelación información básica como el portal, piso o ubicación exacta del apartamento. Entendemos perfectamente que el PIN para recoger las llaves se facilite poco antes por seguridad, pero el resto de información creemos que sería mejor conocerla con antelación.

The location was decent with only an 8 minute walk to the beach. Aldi is also an 8 minute walk away for some grocery shopping. The flat is spacious and bright. The aircon was decent and the upright fan was nice, though would have been good to have more than one, say one for each room. The terrace was nice, though some sort of shade out there so you could enjoy the afternoons or evenings as it gets full afternoon sun. We stayed in Escalera A, third floor (top), flat 18.

The lighting in the flat is very cold. The flat is very plain and would feel much nicer with some sort of artwork, or paintings/pictures on the walls, maybe a different warmer paint colour for the walls so it's not so stark and clinical. The beds weren't comfortable. The sofa bed, when in bed mode, had a dip in the centre so you always felt two angled sides. The single beds were on frames that dipped in the middle, so the whole frame was bowing. I had to move a single mattress onto the floor so it was flat. There was a fridge, but no freezer, which was quite strange. It would have been nice to have a freezer in summer so you could store ice and ice cream after a hot day at the beach. The swimming pool tiles were falling off everywhere, and my partner said she thought there was mold that filled the gaps. The shower had ok pressure, but the shower head needs replacing as it didn't function very well, and some of the jets didn't work or were aiming all over the place. Sadly, there weren't many cafes or ice cream shops nearby, though this isn't the flats' problem. We had to drive 5 mins for an ice cream.

Ubicación excelente. Zonas comunes y piscina bien cuidadas. Ambiente con el resto de residentes familiar y agradable. El personal fue muy atento y respondía rápidamente a cualquier duda que tenía.

El alojamiento tenía bastantes desperfectos como el aire acondicionado con desagüe en la pila del baño, mueble del baño roto, puertas con humedad, nevera con congelador muy pequeño…
