The apartment is super spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The white interior is very cooling and clean. Balcony is also spacious and a great place to sit and still feel connected to what's happening inside. Washing machine was a great addition and the clothes horse on the balcony for drying. The marina is very close by with loads of options for food and amazing views.

One socket on the wall was loose and felt unsafe. Minor issue, easily fixed. Trash had to be brought out through the complex and then outside the gate onto the street. But that's also a minor thing that didn't affect the quality of our stay.

Die komfortable Wohnung mit sehr guter Küchenausstattung, es ist alles vorhanden, selbst Sekt- und Weingläser, es fehlt wirklich an nichts…. Und die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr ansprechend und gepflegt, vom Tiefgaragenstellplatz kommt man mit dem Aufzug direkt zur Wohnung. Sehr positiv ist der Kontakt zu Nati von book in Denia zu erwähnen. Nati war immer erreichbar und hat unsere Fragen und Anregungen in kürzester Zeit erledigt. Dafür unser herzlicher Dank 😊.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt an einer viel befahrenen Durchgangsstraße, dadurch fast rund um die Uhr Beeinträchtigung durch Verkehrslärm. Aber das war auch wirklich das einzigste Manko.

El check-in de solo dos horas de plazo para recoger las llaves es un poco agobiante. Creo que podrían hacer un sistema de entrega más ágil.

El tamaño del apartamento

Poco mantenimiento, varias cosas rotas, colchones de las camas pequeñas muy malos e incómodos, y especialmente lo peor lo ruidoso que era por el tráfico ya que daba a la calle principal de Denia. En cuanto a la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. No había mantel un trapo en el centro de la Mesa que usamos como.mantel y estaba sin lavar, con manchas de mermelada.
