Good but could be better

The location was perfect. The apartment is good, renovated. The persons that gave us the keys were really nice. Also was nice to have a drier, the weather was really humid and was really needed.

There was no capsules coffee machine, that was really annoying. Also there was not the minimum things needed. For example, no kitchen towel, no oven gloves, minimum amount of toilet paper, no trash bags or just one (we stayed for 8 days). We really needed to buy many things and that wasn’t nice, in other apartments we stayed they have all the basics covered.

Internet only works in lounge and 1 bathroom. Balcony door damaged but friendly owner said he would fix it. 2nd bedroom needs a blackout blind. Minor things really

Chill and sunny days

Exceptional location. Once the car was park you didnt need it in the rest of the weekend (except if you wanted to go to an specific beach, but we took a taxi and it was a much better choice as parking there was a bit complicated and it was not expensive)

It was a bit hot, but completely normal, is summer. If I could give one improvement advise for the apartment offer facilities, I would include a full length mirror somewhere :)

Great flat. Centrally based in town and close to beach and restaurants. Host gave brilliant recommendations for eating out and the flat was large, clean and comfortable. Would recommend staying here. Good value for money

Excelente

El alojamiento estaba perfectamente limpio y todo muy nuevo, lo que hizo una estancia muy agradable! Además, está muy céntrico y evitas desplazamientos con el coche. Tanto Salva como María José fueron muy simpáticos, amables y atentos, te contestaban en todo momento.

El aire acondicionado pienso que no funcionaba bien (el aire que sale está a temperatura ambiente y no frío) y sería algo a mejorar!

Pros y contras

La ubicación es EXCELENTE, está cerca de todo (centro, playa, castillo). Las personas con las que nos comunicamos son muy atentas. Salva nos dio toda la información, sobre el departamento en si, lugares para conocer y ver en Denia. Maria José fue la encargada de mostrarnos el dpto y entregarnos la llave. El departamento es tal cual se muestra en fotos: grande, cómodo y limpio. Es muy completo.

Luego de realizar la reserva nos enteramos que el check-in estaba programado para las 17.30hs, horario que nos pareció un poco tarde. Por este motivo hablamos con la señora para que nos dejaron ingresar a dejar las valijas cuando llegamos a Denia y finalmente a la llave nos la dieron a las 16.45. Lamentablemente como se esta remodelando el departamento de arriba, hubo ruidos constantes y fuertes durante toda la estancia desde muy temprano.

Apartamento perfecto fuera de temporada de baño

Limpio, céntrico, bien equipado, luminoso, al lado de un parking. Cerca de restaurantes, de un salón recreativo y también de supermercados. En general está muy bien

Si lo que buscas es pasar tiempo en la playa, está un poco alejado. No hay cafetera Nespresso Caben bien 5 personas pero dos camas individuales están juntas. No son separables.

Maravilloso!

Todo excelente. Tanto el dueño como la encargada muy amables y disponibles para cualquier duda/pregunta. La ubicación es insuperable, cerca de todo y con unas vistas al castillo preciosas. En el mismo centro pero muy tranquilo. El apartamento es tal como se enseña, muy limpio, cómodo y moderno. El wifi perfecto. Pasamos 10 días super bien, como en casa. Volveremos.
