I enjoyed my stay and would rent this apartment again

Very convenient spot. Stayed here before. Spacious and well equipped

Workmen were decorating the communal hall and stairs, so the lift was out of action. Then the key didn’t work in the lift. There are 71 stairs to climb to the apartment!!! Phew!!

I enjoyed my stay as it was close to all amenities. I would stay here again.

It was clean, well equipped, spacious and in the city centre

If you want a quiet night, the city centre is not for you. There are people walking the street and talking loud most of the night. Also the apartment is next to the communal waste bins that get emptied at 2.30 am every night. I wasn’t bothered by it though

Nos n avons pas apprécié du tout votre décision de nous refuser une nuitée supplémentaire alors que l apparemment était disponible. Je suis particulièrement mécontent dans la mesure où nous sommes clients depuis de très nombreuses années. Pour info nous avons loué de nombreux appartements notamment cette dernière année. Notamment ce dernier moins ! Seules critiques sur les équipements : Le manque de couverts et d ustensiles Le grill pain qui fait sauter le disjoncteur

La ubicación

Desde luego, la poca comprensión y humanidad de la anfitriona es lo que puedo destacar. El jueves 9 de octubre en Pilar de la horadada estábamos en alerta roja por Dana y, a pesar de apurar hasta última hora porque nuestro deseo era ir a Denia (a pesar que estaban en alerta también), preguntamos por opciones si no íbamos. La contestación de la anfitriona fue que en Denia no llovía y que nos cobrarían el 50% de la estancia para el puente. Cero comprensión por las circunstancias meteorológicas. Finalmente, contra todas las indicaciones decidimos jugárnosla e ir. Con respecto al apartamento, está bien situado, no están mal las instalaciones y limpias, pero poco equipado, no había gel de ducha, champú, el menaje de la cocina escasísimo, de hecho de algunas cosas no había para 3 (número de personas de la reserva). En definitiva, una decepción, una pena porque es un destino al que vamos mucho a lo largo de todo el año, pero desde luego aquí, no volveremos a reservar.

De huis sleutels had beter gekunt. Waren moeilijk in het slot en uit het slot te krijgen. Zoals de buiten deur. Lft voor naar het apartement te gaan. En de boven deuren. Bij het verlaten van het apartement niemand aanwezig Om de sleutels in ontvangst te nemen.en geen na controle..

El apartamento es muy amplio, cómodo y bien ubicado. Tiene aire acondicionado en la habitación y el salón, que hizo que estuviéramos fresquitos en el calor de Dénia Natalia fue muy amable y nos facilitó la llegada y salida.

El portal huele raro y encontramos alguna cucaracha. Las persianas de la habitación y la cocina necesitan algún arreglo.

Amplio y cómodo apto bien ubicado.

Todo, súper cómodo en general, buen colchón, amplio e iluminado. Tiene aire acondicionado, lavarropa, lavavajillas, etc. Muy buena ubicación.

La cerradura de entrada al edificio está mal y varias veces me costó entrar. Es algo que puede dar problemas y hay que cambiarlo urgente.

Eine praktisch ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage.

Einfache, aber praktische Ausstattung. Es ist das Wichtigste da, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt. Bequeme Betten. Ruhig, da unsere Wohnung zum Hinterhof ausgerichtet war. Sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Nette Gastgeberin. Schnelle Reaktion, als etwas repariert werden musste. Lage mitten in der Stadt, alles kann zu Fuss erreicht werden. Supermarkt direkt daneben.

Es fehlt der Ausblick, dafür ist es ruhig. Wenn man aber Fernblick oder Meerblick haben möchte, dann geht man ohnehin nicht ins Zentrum.
