1 very spacious living room with 1 sofa convertible into a bed for 2 people, with a 1.40 x 1.90 mattress (made of elastic visco); living room furniture, 1 TV, etc. With direct exit to the terrace.

1 full open kitchen, fully equipped (dishes, cutlery, appliances, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, etc.).

1 totally new bathroom with large 1.60 x 0.80 m shower, bidet, etc.

The prices are fixed for 1-2 people, it has a service of only using the double bed.
The apartment has a sofa bed in the living room, with an additional price, to be used as a bed.
The sofa bed is used from the third, or third and fourth, person, with its corresponding supplement.
If a single couple wants to use the double bed to sleep, and also the sofa bed, there will be a supplement of 35 euros/week (if the stay is one week or more), or 10 euros/day (if the stay is less than a week). It will be paid upon arrival.

There is a refundable deposit of 100 euros upon departure, if everything is in the same order and cleanliness as on the day of entry. This deposit is not included in the final price, which marks the rental website, it is paid at the entrance to the house, in cash. And it is returned the last day, if everything is correct, also in cash.

The last cleaning has 2 options:
1. If the house is returned clean-cleaning is not paid.
2. If the house is returned dirty-50 euros will be deducted from the deposit for the last cleaning.

Cot availability - 6 euros/day.

The possibility of covered parking - 10 euros/day, stays more than 1 week - 50 euros/week.

The entrance to the house is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

The departure of the house is at 11.00 in the morning.
