Very beautiful, cosy apartment block. In the resort 1.5 km from the centre of Dénia, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. For shared use: beautiful garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, roofed, parking. Supermarket 550 m, restaurant, bar 170 m, bus stop 600 m, railway station 2 km, ferry 1.2 km, sandy beach 400 m. Sports harbour 1.5 km, marina 1.5 km, surf school 500 m, sailing school 600 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

El apartamento es estupendo, a destacar el acceso a la piscina y la ubicación. Tiene un pequeño jacuzzi en el jardín y es una zona muy tranquila. Ideal para desconectar.

Bajo con muebles escasos y muy poca cobertura de telefonía y wifi mínimo. Mantenimiento regular.
