About this apartment rental

Beautiful totally exterior apartment with Pool and Parking. It is located near the beach and the center of Denia. Just 5 minutes from the Punta del Raset beach or the marinas, and a 10-minute walk from Denia. It combines the tranquility of the area, with the proximity to the beach and the city.

It has a supermarket and cafeteria within 5 minutes, very close to restaurants. Well connected by car with different exits to Denia and Las Marinas road.

El piso está muy bien, todo bastante nuevo y con todo lo necesario. La ubicación es buena, no está en primera línea de playa, son unos 10 min andando, pero la urbanización es súper tranquila. La piscina está vacía casi siempre y muy cuidada, y en 20 min andando estás en el puerto o en el centro. Daniel muy atento en todo momento. Repetiremos seguro!
