2 Terrazas una interior para tender, hacer barbacoa, la otra da a la piscina de la comunidad,es un primera planta, la ubicación es perfecta, la playa a 200mts, gasolinera al lado,restaurantes como Federico, Fernando, Deniarros muy cerca, Supermercado Aldi , buen sitio para aparcar, la estancia del apartamento esta muy bien, tiene aire en el comedor las dos habitaciones Ventilador.

Es una pena q con el patio q tiene el apartamento no tenga mobiliario, pinta de abandono y una barbacoa ridícula. Por lo demás el apartamento no está mal, acordé a lo contratado. La urbanización muy bonita, limpia y cerca d la playa.
