This modern apartment is located in the exclusive "Elegance" residence near the town of Denia on the Costa Blanca. Its ideal location makes the town center, harbor, and castle easily accessible on foot. The large sandy beach is only 300 meters away.
The terrace's ideal orientation allows you to enjoy the sun all year round. Even during the winter months, the sun shines on the terrace all day long.
The ground-floor apartment features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and a spacious, lockable terrace directly overlooking the communal pool and garden. The terrace offers direct access to the pool.
The fully equipped kitchen is accessible from the living room via sliding doors.
The living room is comfortably furnished and features a TV with Chromecast.
The terrace is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

The apartment is located on the ground floor with a terrace opening up onto a grass area by the pool. It is well positioned and has the sun into the evening. There are sunloungers available that you can take to the pool area. The underground car park is easy to use. There was a lifeguard at the pool until the evening. We also noticed a security guard in the late evening. The complex is gated and feels secure. The apartment was clean and it was useful having two bathrooms. The second bedroom doesn't have air conditioning however a fan is provided. The apartment was easy to book and we got our security deposit back quickly.
The local agent Annick was very friendly.
We experienced issues with some appliances. The oven, grill and freezer did not work.
This meant that for our holiday this apartment was not self catering. This was reported to the owner.
